MSC Armonia charges all 7 Euros a day on the bill at the end of the cruise. When we queried this we were told that it was for the cabin to be cleaned every day and the cleaners tips. Don't they pay wages to their cleaning staff? There is also a service charge on every drink... more

went from venice to rio brazil. 6 euro charge unexpected but got together with other brits and got it reduced to 3 euro. 15% service charge on drinks made purchases expensive.Ship very clean and service at dinner very good. Rest of the time a bit hit and miss. Staff too... more
