Hotel building was good. Swimming pool was not in operation due to maintenance. Understandable but the surrounding area was not cleaned and made an unpleasant environment.
Our room was supposed to be superior but we could not identify any advantages for the extra cost. There are no kettles in the room and no means of making a hot drink.
The coffee that can be purchased at the restaurant, has to be a contender for the worst in Portugal.
Breakfast was good, coffee apart, but the service at night in the bar was poor.
The bar closed at 10.p.m. despite there being a substantial amount of customers.
Would not revisit.

It was a brilliant hotel but the pools weren't that warm. But other than that, it was lovely. The waiters were friendly along with the staff and the cleaners did a wonderful job.
The hotel should provide blow up toys for in the pool and make the steps plastic as I kept scraping my knees.

Thought hotel was clean, quiet and friendly. Breakfast was a bit repetitive but plenty of choice.
Perfect location for the village and beach, only 20mins from Lagos by taxi. Did not have to get down to pool early to reserve a sun bed as always available.
Would stay there again. Most rooms overlooked the pool. Staff did not tell us that we could use kitchen, found out for ourselves.
