Just back from a very nice holiday.The apartment was very clean , the room cleaning service was 1st class. the room double glaze which made it very quiet at night,all the staff were very helpful. I would go back again.
however the pool bar and snack bar was not open

Stayed at these apartments for easter and they were fabulous!!very clean and modern rooms basic but all u need.when we arrived we were allocated a ground floor apartment which was a bit tucked away and didnt have much to look at.Asked at reception who went out of their way to change it and we ended up i an upstairs apartment even with a sea view!!I would definately recommend staying here for a very good and comfortable holiday will definately stay here again!!!

Well managed complex with an excellent and friendly staff.Standard of cleanliness was very high.
Some renovation work required and the inclusion of a microwave would be something that could be added.
I would not hesitate to return to these apartments.
Matagorda itself is quiet (which suited us) with enough bars and restaurants within easy reach.

We were pleasantly surprised by this “2Key” rated apartment. Very clean when we arrived and well maintained throughout our stay. These well appointed apartments have all the facilities we required for a pleasant stay.
While being situated in a quiet area, the nightlife and shopping of Matagorda are within easy walking distance. With Puerto del Carmen a short bus ride away, this holiday catered for all of the age groups in our party.
A value for money holiday in the sun. Well recommended to all age groups.

Nice pool bar serving snacks, drinks and cocktails for much of the day.
Reception area has internet access (1 euro for 15 minutes which isn't bad) and a small but reasonably stocked mini market.
Our return flight to Manchester was cancelled 10 minutes before boarding and with no further flights that evening we returned to guacimeta. They gave us the keys to our apartment and when we left the next day they wouldn't accept payment - simply stunning customer service!
The only negatives I could give are:
As per a previous comment, a microwave would be more than useful.
The TV isn't free, you have to pay 10 euros per week and the range of channels is limited, the only English speaking channels were sky news, CNN and Eurosport (though this was overdubbed with German which was annoying after a while)
