NASSIM HOTEL IS A NIGHTMARE...
If you are looking for a take it or leave it kind of hotel; a place where concerns and issues are apparently never addressed or communicated by any of their staff - then Nassim is your ticket.
Perhaps our multiple room request changes were ignored because the cockroach infestation exists throughout the entire hotel? The bathroom linens were also interesting. During our 3-day stay they arrived each day changed out but with numerous holes each and every time! With linens in such disarray and in need of desperate replacement, it really makes you wonder about the other things in this hotel that one cannot see with the naked eye.
Nassim is a hotel where your stress level will actually be elevated while on vacation. The management treats customers as an afterthought and will actually push you out their door when you do not agree with their business practices and request a printed reciept for your stay.
Avoid. Do not bother with the hassle. If we had known, we never would have stayed. I share our experience so you may benefit in our dreadful experience. If you are seriously considering a stay here, you may want to rethink your options.

Unlike the last reviewer we found the staff very helpful, especially when we need to change a tour we'd booked and being allowed to go back to our room when our transfer didn't turn up, they even phone to chase it for us. The bar staff were also great.
The location was good for walking into the main souks as well as using the Marrakech Tour bus. Our room was cleaned every day and our linen changed on a daily basis. OK, the breakfast wasn't great but this is still a developing area so give them a chance!
