Jnan El Harti Hotel

Hello!
I have been stayed in this hotel for 2 nights it was the worst nights in my life i could´t sleep in the nights becuse the window was broken and it where very could outside next day i where spoken to the manager and he gave me an other room with "aircondition" this "airconditioner" where giving COLD air and i where fresing more the sheeps and pillows where smelling bad and very bad qoulity so i where sleeping whith my jacket as sheep and bag as pillow and the towel where black of dirt and worn and you only get one towel. and the toilet where giving sounds all night and you cant sleep it´s like you sleeping with ghosts. And the breakfest at 8:30 they give me disgusting bread that even animals couldn´t eat the coffe where tasting like hot water and butter is margarine that you use for cocking. and the orange juice is very nown in morocco but in the hotel they give me pulver orange juice even if they say that is real orangejuice thats enough i think.
i wonder how this hotel got three stars when it doesn´t desirve one star the problem is the turism office that give out rewies about this hotel that is wrong i have paid alot of money the have a good time but i where living in fear and had a bad time i give this hotel ---------3 stars ---------------------- NOOT
