I have visited friends at this hotel before but this was the 1st time I had actually stayed.
My 3 day trip couldn’t have gone any better, although the rooms can be on the small side the treatment & service I received was exceptional and better than some 5 star hotels I have stayed in!
The barman remembered us from our last visit & even remembered what we drank. How many hotels could do that?
The staff went out of their way to help us in every way and even let me check in 3 hours earlier on arrival.
The dinner in the Japanese restaurant was fantastic, we were all made so welcome - 4 hours and 10 courses later we were well and truly full to the brim! I was even given special chopsticks to use because I just couldn’t get the hang of the real thing!
I would not hesitate to stay here again & would recommend to anyone. Let’s just say the 5 star Rotterdam Westin hotel could take alot of tips on standards & service from the Atlanta!
