Pantelia / Jacaranda Aparthotel

I have booked apartment in Jacaranda Hotel Apartments from Hotels.com. When i went for check in it was nothing similar what the website shows either for description and details. I went for check the room it was really dirty and smelly. No tv, satellite as described. No either view only dustbin view. Some cockroach in room.

You can't please all of the people all of the time! We had a brilliant time at this hotel. All staff extremely polite and helpful. Food and drink excellent and plenty of it all day. A/C in rooms is free for AI guests and rooms are spotless and cleaned almost every day.... more
