Thetis Apartments And Studios

my wife and i have just enjoyed two enjoyable and memorable weeks staying at thetis studio,thetis herself and her husband and two sons made us feel most welcome and comfortable,the apartments were spacious and comfortable clean and tidy and with the air conditioning on made it nice and cool,the gardens and pool were kept clean and tidy and it was always nice to relax by the pool with a cold drink from the nice little bar,it was not to far from the beach less than ten minutes infact,but ony about 20 minutes to island bar beach,we would both recomend thetis studio to anyone wishing for a nice relaxing holiday and are going back to thetis studio next year,jim and linda coombes.

My wife and i have just enjoyed two most enjoyable weeks staying at thetis studio,thetis herself and her husband and two sons we,re so polite and helpfull,the apartments were spacious and comfortable and with the air conditioning made it nice and cool,the pool and the gardens were well kept and always clean,and the bar was just as good,the breakfasts that they served were also filling and delicious,it just seems a pity that ure just getting into your holiday and its time to come home,we would recomend it to any one wishing to stay on thassos,we shall ourselves be looking to stay at the thetis studio next summer.

Third time to thassos Island, such a lovely place. 1st and last time to thetis studios.
ground floor apartment, very open to everone passing, using the pool or the bar. all was well for the first day, 2nd day "Shock Horror" Found a insect in the bathroom, which was reported to rep. Rest of the 1st week pleasent but another bug. "2nd week and a large family of at least 18 booked in. Whoever took this booking in such a small setting must have been stupid or having a laugh!
Kept up untill gone 2 am by rebellers boozing at the bar . Which was supposed to close at midnight. To top the rest of the final week Three more bugs?
Will not be returning to Thetis Next Year..................

The Thetis is very clean and tidy and has everything you need for a very comfatable stay. Thetis the owner is very hospitable and nothing is too much trouble.The hotel is in the ideal location for a nice stroll to Thassos Town. There aer some beautifull beaches if you look for them but you need transport>Pachis beach was our favourite abut fifteen minutes by car.

Just come back from Thassos, had a great time the apartments where very nice kept clean. Must say though the wasps and bees where a big problem hence the rating otherwise would of given it ten out of ten. Thassos is a lovely place very peaceful.

Thetis studios are located in a very quiet area on a road that links to the ferry terminal. There are several lorries carrying huge lumps of marble to the ferry port that start their day quite early and use this route so if you get a room on the roadside, (we did!) lie ins could be a problem .
Thetis is a very pleasant little complex having a lovely pool and bar area with a really nice sitting area beneath olive trees. The studios are bright and clean with the usual basic (very) equipment to prepare a snack (anything more and you would be in trouble). The rooms were cleaned daily and linen changed once during our week long stay.
The wasps were a real problem and people choosing to sunbathe were stung on a seemingly regular basis! The location of the studios is a good 30 minute walk to the harbour restaurants and town beach and for that reason I would not choose to stay here again.

We had a lovely 2 weeks at the Thetis Apartments in Thassos Town last month. The accommodation was very spacious nice pool good size children’s pool which suited our 3 year old down to the ground.
The accommodation has a lovely shady bar area where you can get cool drinks and snacks. The rooms themselves were fine good air con and we had 2 nice sized balconies.
The owners are very nice people and we had no problems with our son splashing and making noise round the pool.
Its about a 15 min walk in to town which is not a problem , good for walking off the calamari and stiffado . In town there are many tavernas on the harbour front and towards the back streets , we go to Greece every summer and found the food very cheap in Thassos.
There are lots of bars as well, quiet low key ones as well as a more lively bar street with a couple of clubs. The town is full of the usual shops selling the same old same old jewellery olive oil honey t shirts etc etc.
The beach is nice too not too overcrowded and you don’t have to wade over rocks and sea weed to get into the water.
We hired a car as we always do , the island is small, and we heard the bus service was good as well.
overall we had a great time in Thassos the ferry over was so smooth and added to the excitement of it all. We would go back without any hesitation and would definitely stay at the Thetis again.

We are a family of 3 and have just returned from 2 weeks at the Thetis Apartments. We had a lovely 2 weeks here. The accommodation was basic but no way the most basic we have stayed in in Greece. We had a room with 2 spacious balconies and great air con and the usual fridge and 2 ring stove.
The pool area is lovely and kept spotless, maid service good and the family are very friendly. The bar is open all day and they do great snack food (very nice greek salads). It is a pleasant 15 mins walk into town which is great for walking off the food, loads of restaurants and very reasonably priced too.
The town is a mix of old and new and has lots of shops selling the usual and plenty of bars and other eateries as well. We hired a car for 2 days and visited all the other resorts. It is such a small island so it was great going to the other beaches visiting monasteries etc. We were glad we stayed in the town and would go back and stay at the Thetis without a doubt. The boat over is so well organised as well, a very pleasant 20 min trip over then 2 mins from the harbour to the Thetis.
Have a great time if you go, we did!

Myself, partner and daughter stayed at the Thetis twice in 1 month so that speaks volumes, I think!
The pool is a lovely size and our daughter made the most of it as it can get very hot in the summer months.
We paid for air con and I'm very glad we did. The rooms are clean and tidy and the maid works tirelessly to keep up the high standards.
Thetis and Costos are very friendly. We are in the process of buying a property just around the corner from the Thetis and will be definitely going round to see them!

We have just returned the apartments. It was nice, although air con a must as it was baking.
We spent most of our days by the pool as it was too hot for us to do anything really. The rep Andrew was great. If you want a nice beach then this is not the place for you. There are sea urchins everywhere and most people were coming back with them stuck in their feet or arms so beware ,a pair of sea shoes is a must.
The apartment owners were fine with us and although we did make noise at the pool, Thetis watched us and didn't say anything. We did meet Kim the lady who gave the hotel a 3 rating, she said it was different from last year now that Thomson had taken over. We met loads of people who were staying at the Thetis and they were all a great bunch. All in all a good time had by all. Go to the El Greco in the town by the square, really good food.
