fantastic service, amazing restaurants. Dad got to go fishing, have a beer and not worry about driving and play a few games of snooker (his idea of heaven) The kids got to swim, paint pottery, ride bikes all in a safe environment and finally I got to go to the spa and relax with a fantastic massage a bit of reflexology and a manicure, what more could you ask for. Bliss!! Cant wait to go again. Only one very slight critisim is the cost in the school holidays.
- Advice: Pre book your activities and spa treatments in plenty of time to avoid disappointment

We went to Center parks longleat this march, its our first time and it took months to save for,its was our first 'family' holiday since my partner had died 8mths previously so was all the more important that it was right. We arrived to an abandoned bike and kids trailer outside our villa which wasnt the best start then at the back of our villa besides our patio was a pile of branches and plastic netting which was quite frankly a mess and not at all children friendly. The villa was cleanish though not to the standard i would expect for the prices charged. I reported the issues to customer services who said it would be delt with and it wasnt! I moved the branches and plastic so my 2 yr old could play outside safely. I also complained when we came back and received and apology and thats it,when i said this wasnt good enough they basically told me tough luck. It was a nice holiday and we did have a lovely time but for the price i paid i expected better and the reponse from the custmer services people since wwe came home is shocking!

Accommodation is very clean tidy and comfortable well equipped has everything needed we even had a steam room!
Restaurants galore with all styles of culinary delights french, italian, indian, american burgers and food is excellent though can be a little pricey at times.
A train/bus service is provided for getting from apartments to the shopping/eating plaza as Longleat is very spaced out and runs every 20 mins except for mondays and fridays where it starts at 6pm.
Dining In is excellent with 3 choices of food - indian chinese or pizza and well worth the money.
The site is excellent for disabled access.
Aqua Sana is a must for any type of spa relaxation possible lovely surroundings and staff.
And Longleat House and Safari Park is a 5 min ride away and well worth seeing but closes at 5pm so make sure you go early as you can spend a long time just going round the safari alone!
The Sub-Tropical Pool is second to none you have to try it inside and out are both equally stunning and lovely warm waters fantastic for any age.

Great facilities and activities but a price on everything, and some prices very high, including the food and drink. Accommodation was lovely but the finish was bad. There was a small step into the bathroom which was not highlighted and caused several trips; the heated towel rail was so close to the toilet is caused minor burns; the shelf in the second bathroom was not fixed and nearly fell on my daughter. I would have been really annoyed had I paid full price, but I went on a late deal which was less than half the normal price. However, a great time was had by all and I would definitely go again.

I must say the first time my husband suggested we go to centre parcs, I was not sure it was my kind of thing! I am a farmer’s daughter with a love for the outdoors; however I didn’t like the thought of organised recreation. How wrong was I!!!! The sense of freedom and the flexibility that went hand in hand on our holiday was refreshing. On our 4th visit back with you I found it no different. We did have some issues with the dishwasher and a quilt, however the issues were dealt with so quickly and professionally it did not take away our enjoyment of what I can safely say was a wonderful break.

we went in January to longleat as the prices are really cheap then. We all had a wonderful time. I can really recommend the family indian night on the wednesday at Rajindah Pradesh; its great value for money and we all had a great time - actually, to be honest it works out really cheap if you factor in three courses, a free drink each and all for £52. The weather was terrible - it rained every day but we played crazy golf. went swimming every day and went bowling - we will be back. One of our best holidays. But to be fair - this was our 7th visit ta a centre parcs! Longleat for us - is still the best. Ok if you want sun and sea - this is not for you, but we have three sons who need to be active.

Oct 2009, stayed in Exec 1 bed. As only 1 bed were worried would be small but spacious, furniture good standard, corner jacuzzi and lovely shower. Lovely and clean, good equipment. Bathroom needed some maintenance I.e. New grouting, but not severe. bathroom was cold, but snow on ground so guess was extreme, heating fine all other rooms. Staff friendly. Food excellent in Mexican place& staff, indian seemed impersonal as lots tables, but food lovely. Woodland guided walk excellent. Water rapids seemed tame, but we had no kids with us this time. Definitely recommend.

We have just returned from a 4 night mid week break at Center Parcs Longleat, we were 2 adults staying in an 'Executive' apartment. Upon arrival I had to clean the microwave and most of the crockery - I have seen better in my daughter's student accommodation. Food outlets were OK but only OK - Indian is probably slightly better. Some staff do seem to try and be helpful but they are let down by some old and outdated fixtures and fittings. The Subtropical Swimming Paradise (their description) had a few safety issues that I pointed out to a member of staff at the pool side and then again at Guest Services - I was shocked by their apparent lack of concern for guest safety. The indoor hot tub had no lights which made it difficult to find and the board displaying safety instructions was very difficult to read due to the lack of light. There was also a piece of rusted old screw sticking out at the left had side near the bottom step - the staff admitted they knew about this but it wasn't highlighted in any way - a major hazard if anyone tripped and fell.
The lifeguards also seem to ignore the rude guests who choose to push everyone else out of the way on the rapids, don't point out that there are signs everywhere advising feet first or manage the flow of people entering the rapids. Some people also chose to sit in the outdoor hot tub for very long periods making it very difficult for others to use it. We also disliked being asked everywhere what our villa number was - this is very obviously a cheap way for Center Parcs to gather marketing data. All in all not very impressive and the place is starting to look rather tired. We won't be back.
- Advice: See the county but give this place a miss
- Activities: None during this stay

we are still at Longleat centre parcs (go home tomorrow) Major disappointment with the accomodation.Executive lodge we have stayed every year since centre parecs started and have been to them all but the lodge here was a disgrace stained carpets broken toilet bowl curtains falling from rails curtains 2 different lengths on the same window. No hairdryer and after 2 days was told they were waiting for delivery.
We have always loved Centre Parcs and cannot believe how far the cleanliness has fallen(I read the lady from Warminsters review and agree although I did not cleanit as she did.
I have always used the Parcs as a place to relax from my stressful business but the start of this holiday only increased it.The rest of the week I did relax but only because we put the cleanlines thing behind us BUT I will be passing on my fears to central office of center parcs.
