Very poor experience. The lodge was very dirty as were most of the public cafe and bar areas. The lodge had a number of defects but maintenance managed to sort out most within 1 hour. The lodge was however in need of a major refurb. Not what you’d expect at the price. ... more

Very good holiday and good value for money. Relaxing and energising at the same time. No cars so therefore it involves walking or cycling (hire available). Accommodation is spacious, warm with relaxing touches e.g. open fire for which you can purchase special logs.... more
