We stayed here in 2004 and 2005 for a soccer tournament in Amsterdam. It is actually a Sea Spirit parc not a fully branded Centre Parcs yet.
The centre itself is quite pleasant, bar, Pizzaria, live music. The chalets are a little like Butlins 60s style, need updating but comfortable enough. Fitted kitchen is quite good with dishwasher, micro, fridge etc. There is a TV but only one English Channel. Also though, plagues of ants coming in off the dunes looking for scraps of food. No way can you keep them out! Handy for Amsterdam, go by train, there's plenty of them from Zandvoort although get a prebooked ticket, as you seem to pay over the odds if you pay on the train.
A lovely beach is the highlight of Zandvoort, there are one or two good bars and restaurants in the town centre, all five minutes walk from Centre Parcs.
As you can see, we stayed there two years running with our soccer club so although basic, it can't be all that bad!

Had a great week at centre parc Zandvoort. Accommodation clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the swimming pool, the outdoor heated pool was very nice. We hired bikes very reasonable and great to cycle round the parc as its fairly flat and car free.
Also the long flat promanade in zandvoort is great to cycle on. Great beach too!
Activities are reasonably priced and some are free. We also had a day in Amsterdam, only 30 mins on the train, and well worth a visit.
We travelled overnight from Newcastle with DFDS seaways, a long crossing but the time passed quickly, lots to do on board, shops restaurants and great entertainment, we really enjoyed it and would highly recommend, much easier than the hassle of the airport!
Overall a great holiday, excellent for children as there is plenty to keep them occupied, our 8 yr old son had a great time. This holiday in Holland cost us less than a weeks stay at Centre Parcs in Sherwood Forest and that would have only been a 45 minute drive away!
