This was mine and my childrens first holiday abroad and was obviously very worrid about what we would find.
Outside the hotel entrance was beautiful with a guard on the front so that the whole complex was secure (Maddie had not long been missing), as soon as we got off of the bus there was someone ready to take our bags for us, all the staff was very helpful.
The poolman was very amusing and happy to help with anything, he even topped up the childrens sunblock for us.
The 2nd day we met our tour guide we were her only customers there at that time, she helped set up three excursions (tour of Agadir including the Souk, Sand dune buggys and a day tripping ocean fishing where we could jump from the boat into the ocean for a swim)
I would got back tomorrow.

Having read mixed reviews for this hotel I went with an open mind and was ready to face what ever was coming, however from the moment I walked into the reception I knew most of what I had read was wrong. The reception staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough to help (as with all of the staff) and the hotel was spotless.
The food was always good and plenty of choice, I didn't eat the same thing twice! Prices in the bar where steep but with ample bars a stones throw away it wasn't a problem. We had maid service daily with clean towels and bedding every day.
A lovely hotel and I would recommend to everyone.

We stayed on an All Inclusive basis with the food choice plentiful and very varied. Lunch is served outside barbeque style which made a pleasant change. Alcholic drinks are only included in the All Inclusive price up to 11 pm which was late enough for us but there was only a limited choice as part of your price (some spirits including bacardi you had to pay for).
The evening entertainment is pratically non existent but added to the very quiet, relaxed, laid back atmosphere of the whole holiday.
I would certainly recommend this hotel although probably only for one week, as any longer I think the general relaxed nature could turn into boredom!
