What can I say, it wasn't bad, we had a late deal and saw it was 2 star but thought what the hell. It is true what they say about not suitable for people with walking difficulties I have the difficulties since getting back. Lol!
The room wasn't brill a bit on the dirty side but we were only there for a week and made do. The maid wasn't good, used to collect the towels and only leave 1 between all of us so no way would my daughter share a towel with her brother, god forbid.
After complaining to reception 2 nights running this was resolved. The breakfast was ok and they did cook fried eggs if you wanted them and omelettes etc. The hotel itself was in a great place, situated by all the shops, restaurants etc. The pool area wasn't very good and you only had the sun for a bit as the hotel is high rise above it and palm trees were high. The pool was cold as the sun never really got to it. That’s ok if you prefer the beach but unfortunately I don't.
Anyway I wouldn't go back to that hotel but Agadir itself was brill and have already booked for next year at another close by Hotel. If you want a very cheap and basic hotel then Tagadirt is for you otherwise steer clear.

Loads of steps to your room, it does state in the brochure not suitable for people with walking difficulties so I’m not going to moan about that.
All in all it was a cheap (well not that cheap) deal for me and the 2 kids. The room left a lot to be desired, the bath was disgusting, fluff on the floor, not as clean as you would expect. I know its only 2 star but you do expect cleanliness. The maid came everyday took the towels and only replaced us with 1 between 3 of us, so had to complain about that, after that it was ok. The only reason we stayed in that room was because we were only there for a week so couldn't be bothered really. 4211 was the room so be warned. The breakfast was ok, wouldn't recommend half board.
Good points.
The hotel is situated in an excellent place for shops, restaurants etc. The food is dirt cheap and we struggled to spend £100 on food the week we were there. Best food was a great place to eat.
Expect a bit of noise as where we were there was live music till 3 in the morning but as my kids were older didn't bother complaining about it. Its definitely not suitable for kids in pushchairs.
The entertainment wasn't good, not experienced enough animation team. May I suggest you take your own darts for the games in the day, theirs were rubbish and oh so blunt. We did love Morocco (Agadir) and have booked again for next year just not that Hotel.
Oh forgot to say the pool area was very limited for sunbathing as the building surrounding it was high rise so the sun wasn't out for long wherever you go and the pool was freezing as it never got the sun on it. And as for the palm trees, they need to go.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting, and we would not recommend this to anyone thinking about booking accommodation there. When we arrived at our first room it hadn’t been cleaned so we got moved to another and that was the same, so they put us in another after we complained about the second room only to find the third room was absolutely shocking ! It had hair all over the floor, hair in the bedding, glass marks all over the table, food stuck to another table in the room, no soap in the dispenser, no clean towels, crumbs all over the side and in the window sill and dirty cotton buds outside the door along with cigarette ends...
Only after we had complained several times did somebody come to clean the room. Also whilst we were walking around the pathways we came across a huge hole in one of the slabs for anybody to put the foot down or to trip over it. This hotel was that bad that in the end we got moved to another hotel, not only us but everybody who was there with first choice got moved due to all having the same problems and some worse.

A gem of a hotel.
The staff were friendly and worked to make our stay a pleasure. The room was basic but large and well maintained. Maid service was daily including clean towels.
Power showers with plenty of hot water. Poolside snacks and drinks brought to you when you wanted, the staff roving round to be at your service. The reception was manned 24 hours by English speaking staff who moved the earth to help.
We stayed B&B and breakfast was continental style with a large selection. Well located for the beach, shops and restaurants. I recommend the 'Camel' restaurant, try the Salmon.
Overall this is a good place to stay, clean, friendly a visit is recommended.
