The Hotel was clean and comfortable with good food and very helpfull, freindly Staff. Situated a 15 to 20 min walk from the main resort it remians quiet but within striking distance. Early October is a good time here with good weather, less busle, and evrything still open.... more

We were glad to see the hotel reopen again this year, having been closed since October 04, due to their main supplier, Golden Sun, going bust at that time. The hotel is a 3 star, do not expect any more! The hotel now operates only as B&B or half board. There is no longer... more

Big NO NO!!!!!! from Gaborina
Trust me, don't go there! Stayed there for TWO weeks and I can say that it's not worth it! This was probably the worst trip ever based on the fact that I travel a lot in both business and private. The hotel is situated between Agya Napa and Fig Tree Bay (that is in the middle of nowhere) and if you don't rent a car you'll die of monotony. The buses (to Protaras/Agya Napa) comes and goes very random. If you despite all decide to go to Larnaca you can't be sure if you would make it back home as there are only two buses scheduled. a clean well run hotel. room clean bed linen and towels changed daily. good food good bars. pool , gym, all good and the staff made us feel like v.i.ps. going backs in a few weeks time.

this is my advise to anyone considering staying at this hotel DONT ploblems for the whole 2 weeks i was there rooms were dirty food was disgusting staff was very rude apart from the restaurant staff but then i think they had to be because they knew how bad the food was.this is more like a 2star hotel

The air conditioner was broken two times in our stay and we had to repeatedly tell the staff that it needed to be fixed, and they said that is was fixed, and it still wasn't. The second time that the AC was broken, the reception from the staff and management was terrible, bordering on hostile, more or less accusing us of lying! Great hotel food not so good, if you can get this hotel cheap on a self catering basis it well worth staying in, clean hotel, good pool, its a good walk into protaros but always seems quicker after a few beers.

I booked this about 3 days before traveling so ok would not have been my first choice, also I never read reviews before going as I want to form my own opinion. Yes the food lacked imagination and the pool menu was over priced however the rooms are clean, the staff all very polite and friendly. Ok so the manager needs an education in treating both staff and guests, regularly holding Court by the pool, all I will say is I am so glad he does not work for me! Basic Hotel from andrewandy
Very basic but cheap in comparison to other hotels. Hotel clean, food OK but repetitive, staff friendly except the manager who treats his staff appallingly and rules them with fear. Very nasty man, watching him bully his young staff was horrible. A people management course would not go a miss..... Oh and by the way, he is one of the owners sons......say's it all! Best part of the accommodation is the pool. 15 minute brisk walk to the centre or 30 min stroll. Would I go again….possibly?

We stayed at the Adelais hotel in July 2007, Hotel rooms were small for a family of three, with the children's bed folding out from the wall. Hotel rooms were attended to everyday by maids although don't think they had ever hoovered, Air conditioning was brilliant and views from the balcony were spectacular.
