No fresh sheets, No air con, towels only changed once in a wk, and they don't replace the toilet roll (they said buy your own)!! On arrival there was no one at reception and had to call the operator to find out where our room was (the key was left in the door, not safe).... more

The Iraklis are the worst apartments i have ever stayed in.The rooms were tiny and the bathroom was mauldy and tiny and felt very dirty like it hadnt been bleached for months.Everytime we went in the shower we had to wear flip flops and came out not feeling much cleaner... more

On our arrival we noticed it wasnt a room the size we got offered or the pool view we was suppose to have. The room was very standard...horrible tiny bathroom with a not so very hygienic shower head! We only had our towels changed once while we was ther and the bed sheets... more

Stayed at these apartments with 3 friends (18-22) We arrived bout 4 in the mornin so were just happy to get 2 our beds. However, the next mornin i was shocked to discover how actually basic these rooms were. There was no air conditionin so we had to hire a fan out for 17... more

our welcome was fine and the first eve we had a pint with thomas and eddie who were keen to impress. however when on the 2nd night we complained that each time we left the room only to return say from the pool an hour or so later to find cockroaches each time 6 in all.... more

on first opinions the hotel seemed fine the staff was friendly and rooms was basic but what was needed! but that was the first night !!! the next day every thing had changed we was in a group of 6 lads aged 19-24 we was the only group to have there passports took off us!!... more

This holiday was a late deal. Apartments close to a very busy dangerous road, which was difficult to cross. No shutters on the window/doors which meant the room was extremely hot. At night the choice was to keep the doors closed keeping the mosquies out and bake in the heat... more

first look,very nice, swimming pool, bar just beside it, rooms...very basic,walls cracked and half-painted,fridge damaged with roasted door,at the top of fridge you can find the cooker,which was heating up the fridge and all stuff in... plug for cooker completly melted.... more

Arrived at the Iraklis studios and instantly welcomed by Eddie who showed us to our room. We were staying in the Iraklis 1 apartments but the apartments at Iraklis 2 are much bigger so try to stay in those. As stated in reviews earlier the rooms themselves aren’t great... more
