We have been to Crete a few times so when we arrived at our apartments we were very disappointed. The room was filthy toilet seat was broken and there was a terrible smell coming from the drains we asked to move rooms but were told none available the staff were very rude... more

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday. We normally take a couple of days to get into the “Holiday Mode” but not this holiday! Although the arrival time was 04:00 the staff were very obliging and showed us where everything was and how it worked. There was cooled... more

Me and 3 friends got this as a last minute deal so in light of the fact we only paid £250 each it wasn’t too bad but the real price in the brochure was twice that which would not have been good value for money. We asked for two twin rooms and ended up with one twin room... more

Our eighth holiday at the Iraklis apartments and restaurant. The accommodation is clean and contains cooking rings (if you can be bothered), fridge, kettle, iron and board, air conditioning, safe and all the cutlery requirements (plates knives, forks, glasses, cups etc.)... more
