City Hotel

The hotel was very clean and the staff was courteous

My family and I stayed at this hotel for one night and thought it was awful. The front desk staff were rude and had no notion of customer service whatsoever. The rooms were smelly, with old furniture, felt like they hadn't been renovated since the 80s. More like a 2 star hotel. Prices are ridiculous for what it offers. Stay away

i have stay in 100s of hotel but this one was truly a joke,bad joke... expensive,,dated,noise,bad service,rude stuff.... dont waste your money... try a litle and you will find 5 star hotel in that city.

I have staied for a night and coundn't sleep all the night because of noise, the isolation from the street is practicly inexistent and I did stay in hotels in city center but didn't have any problems. Yes, coffee and tea aren't for free. The breack fast was ok.

Paid for coffee!!!!!!!!!!! (1.90 euros for a spoonfull of Nescafe) The view was of the back of buildings. The sunlight could barely get to my room. More like a prison. Very close to the center of the city, but there are many more hotels, of the same cost or less with much better value for your money. Avoid it even if you have to move a little further from the center.

As said in other reviews, you pay for coffee!!!!! 2.50 Euro!!!! Enough said, never in my life have i ever been charged for the tiny packet of instant coffee that is apparently part of the mini bar. Its centrally located, but other than that it is a 3 star hotel all the way.

the only good thing is that is centrally located.the rooms very poorly furnished with cheap fabrics,breakfast room is very small with no windows(!)food doesn't say much,lobby very small.stuff o.k.I would not go ther twice, it is a waste of money.

rooms are clean, location ok,, very close to the center of life...however,, watch out for extra charges for which you do not receive a warning. like most hotels in the world there is a coffee maker, tea, coffee etc, in your room,, however unlike every hotel i have been to (literally all over the world) they charge you for it....it is considered to be part of their "mini bar" with the outrageaus prices...the worst part: you receive no warning, i found out during check-out... i will never stay there even though i loved Thessaloniki which is a... more

... but all the hotels in the downtown area are tightly packed together, so no one has an advantage over the other geography-wise. My room was small, dark, not particularly well-cleaned. That said: friendly staff. Ample breakfast.

great location in the center, nice clean rooms, nice breakfast coffee machine in your room but you have to pay for a spoon of coffee or tea when you made it stuff is near to be acceptable....
