All good, this hotel was just what we needed - all the staff friendly, great selection of food & drinks & the rooms were spotless.
Would recommend to anyone. We plan to go back in September, can't wait!!

Well don't know if this hotel has changed management but the whole time we were there, which was 1 week from 15/08/2007 till 23/08/07, all rooms were double booked with people waiting in reception for hours for their rooms, including us! Everyone was having stomach cramps... more

I think that some people need to get a reality check and stop complaining. The hotel was lovely and everybody was great. There were 11 of us who went (of all ages) and we are all dying to go back to the same hotel next year but for longer. There is nothing to complain... more

I stayed at Mersoy for 1 week all inclusive. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived it was 5.30 in the morning, shortly after reaching our room, we got a call from reception and asked if we were hungry, to which they brought us filled rolls.... more
