First of all, they keep your passports for the whole of your stay (this is illegal actually, they're only allowed to keep them for 2 days at most). This is just so the woman at reception can threaten you at the end to pay up for something they find wrong with the hotel... more

laganas is a lovely place to go great clubs and bars but the pallas is a nightmare staff are very rude, 50euro for a fridge and 25 euro for air conditioning, very badly run, and very expensive compare to other hotel bars, would not recommend at all.

This hotel was great - very clean - staff always available and willing to help - what lets it down is the breakfast which truly is not worth getting up for. A tip - take your own coffee and you can add water to it instead of their coffee. Location was lovely and peaceful. ... more
