Pallas Hotel

We were a group of 5 girls, we found the accommodation extremely good for what we paid, it was clean with all necessary amenities.
Laganas is such a good place to visit, with lots of bars and clubs, we had the best week of our lives relaxing by the pool then going out every night. Definitely worth the money all 5 of us worked hard to save up.
The location was perfect, being far enough from the strip that it was quiet but still close enough to walk in.
We recommend when going as a group of girls to actually check you are all up for going to save any arguments when your there! It would be awful if any of you ended up leaving! Because the flights home are more expensive than the entire holiday!
One of us was extremely ill on the island every night and so we had to find a doctor. We have since learnt that it is a good idea to ask the hotel to recommend a doctor.
To sum up the five of us had a great week, its strengthen our friendships and given us some incredible memories, we totally recommend Laganas and this hotel.

Myself and my daughter aged 16 stayed at this great Hotel. It was perfect. A family run hotel. What a great family. We had a great time here.
We spent the majority of our time in the pool and at the bar. I could not fault it at all. Food great and very reasonable. Although coming from Ireland where everything is expensive, we think anywhere else in the world is cheap. The resort itself was not so good.
Restaurants & shops good. If I could pick up this Hotel and place it in Lanzarote, Spain, Cyprus etc. I would never leave. My daughter is going back when she turns 18.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Pallas and found it very clean and well run. I cant believe that someone said the staff only helped you if you were older, that is untrue, I like to regard myself and my friends as young and we were treated very well.
I advise you NOT to eat boiled eggs in the morning though, do try the hotel food it is very nice and very reasonable too.

We were a family of 8 including a baby of 11 weeks. We had 3 rooms at the hotel and all were kept very clean. The family run hotel was just what we wanted on holiday, they looked after us all so well and could not do enough for us. They were fantastic with the baby and the family altogether.
I would say that this hotel is more for the families and couples rather than young lively groups looking to enjoy the clubs on the strip. The hotel pool is bigger than the picture gave justice and the pool bar was well stocked and open until the last man was standing. The only down fall was breakfast only includes pastries, toast, tea and coffee, you do have to pay extra for a cooked breakfast but the cost was very low and the portions were massive. If you have booked this hotel, don’t worry you will have a great time.

This is the best hotel by far. The last review I read says the staff unhelpful etc. What a load of rubbish. Go on the Pallas own website and you will see everyone goes back year after year because it is brilliant.
My husband and i usually go 5star everywhere but in Zante we would only stay at the Pallas. The staff are lovely and go out of their way for you. The rooms are small with no shower curtain but that is Greece for you. The hotel is spotless. The pool bar is lively with music playing around the pool. The hotel is a short walk into Laganas but far enough away if you want a quieter holiday. It is perfect for everyone.

Although the Hotel is lovely and clean, the staff are less than helpful. We were charged 30 Euros to keep our room to shower in before our flight which was 21 hours after they wanted us out.
There are no other facilities to leave your luggage in or shower and change. When we requested the night porter to phone us a taxi for the airport, we were told to pay 30 Cents, although we had already paid the extra for our room. As we only had a Euro coin, they refused to let us use the phone and we had to hunt a cab down with our luggage.
When we requested a new light bulb for our balcony, we were shooed away and told that they were busy !
My advice, do not stay at the Pallas if you are young, unfortunately it was our last resort. The staff only seem interested in being polite to older customers and families.
