Hotel location is excellent. Hotel Management left a lot to be desired.

Extra charges for pool loungers 6E, towel 2E, deck chairs were free, Ice bucket 2.50E.

The Carlton in general is a lovely hotel. My best advice for Sorrento is just to go B&B and eat out at all lovely restaurants. We booked half board but didn’t eat in the hotel at all as we loved going to all the restaurants. read more
