This villa is classed as luxury it is horrible, Walked in to the villa , first impressions were OK, then we found dead cockroaches, filthy kitchen, the pool area was as dirty as the kitchen and does not adhere to Florida laws. ie: no alarm on pool doors, no safety netting around the pool. (We have taken lots of photos of this villa and are happy to share them, we would not want anyone to go what we went through) We stayed for 20 mins and walked out. We are extremely lucky that we could move to a gorgeous villa on the Bella vida resort in Kissimee.

BEWARE OF STORY TIME VILLAS
I booked the story time villa as I could see how tastefully decorated they were ideally for children.
I paid $480 deposit to Tanya the owner, who emaild weeks before for the remainder payment.
{CAUTION BEWARE OF THEM THEY TOOK OUR MONEY AND CANCELLED OUR CHILDRENS VILLA}
She demanded I pay with paypal only. I paid twice $1900 blance and twice my payments were froze with paypal.
I therefore exspalined and asked if I could pay in there bank account I was finally told yes but not what they wanted, why what were they hideing and what for from the tax maybe..
They gave me the wrong account number which again delayed the payment so I offered western money union payment, they never replyed apart from a email saying I had lost my dates my depoist is non refundable.
BE CAREFUL I HAVE SINCE FOUND OUT THEY DO THIS TO AVAOID TAX AND HAVE DONE IT TO A FEW CLIENTS.
My boys were deeply upset 2 weeks before we travel and finding another villa was impossible therefore we have lost almost £5,000 in which I HAVE NOW ESCALATED A CLAIM TO CLAIM BACK THE FULL AMOUNT, FLIGHTS COULDNT BE CHANGED, CARD HIRE COULDNT BE CHANGED AND DISNEY HOTEL WOULD NOT REFUND EITHER.
