We booked via Thomas Cook and were allocated a villa on arrival. It was same as last year, Southern Dunes in Haines City. Ok so it is a bit farther out and not in a built up area, but what do you want to be central for? The parks are only 30 mins or so away and the roads... more

We booked a fantastic villa through www.southerndunesusa.com , we can highly recommend southern dunes as THE place to stay in Orlando.
The villa was a 3 bedroom villa, and had its own private pool. It even had TVs with cable and DVDs in each bedroom. The villa was just perfect and we couldnt have asked for anything more. :) :)

I would add to the comments about railway noise. The train horn did wake us in the night, sometimes twice. With jet lag it was difficult to get back to sleep when woken about 5.30 and did leave us feeling knackered. I wouldn't recommend these villas if you are a light... more
