IGNORE ANY BAD COMMENTS about this place it is truly in beautiful surroundings you will not want to go home!! i have been comming for about 8 yrs several tmes a year when i was younger with no ties. i never wanted to go home and within a few months returned again. The owners are so caring and argyro the lady owner take GREAT pride in how the hotel looks and feels to people, the 5/5 review hadent taken all into account there was a family berevement when they whent so all may not have been so good as it is tradition for them to wear black and no party or spirit of laughter for a year out of respect we went arround that time and things were different but myself and partner returned a year a so later and all was back to normal. as i mentioned there is alot of pride taken the owner can be seen out each evening tending to the beautiful flower gardens, as for accomodation it is true that some rooms are better than others i have stayed in both olympic and first choice olympic were alot more basic but still ok as the other commenter said its more down to the travel company than owner they have no say. the owners are VERY welcoming and friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble the food on sight is nice and a good choice for all of foreign and traditional chip buttys if you like!!! i must admit it is cheaper to get the trips alone away from reps it is well worth the trip to the water park i have spent many days hear is about £7-8 entry tho discount for familys .But its an all day thing fab for food reasonable prices too and loads of stuff to do for all ages,the big water slides are in the mountains the views are breath taking. Afandou square is about 5 mins away by taxi or 20 min walk if ur mobile its a nice leisurely walk and come 6-7pm a cool time to walk and its nice to work up an appetite before an evening meal and if after 1 too many only 5 euros back £3.50 there are many reasurants and shops all very welcoming . For shoppers during the day i recomend falaraki its a long stretch of suvenire shops by day and come night time for the younger couple or singles, a hive of pubs and clubs well worth going with a rep on this trip i always think they give you team spirit chance to make friends and a steer in the right direction home if you have on to many!!! there is a bus stop out side agyros to falaraki which was easy during the day,ive neva done night time.tho coming back on a bus was a wait in heat during the day i reccomend a taxi back costing about 10 euros. all in all this is a great place to go for couples,elderly and familys. if given the chance you'd come to live hear hope this helps and if your going you will NOT be disappointed were gong back as usual in june and september when possible tho these are the more quieter times perfect for us tho.
