I have just returned from a long weekend break with my wife and two daughters (aged 8 and 15). I have mixed feelings about this hotel and Benidorm in general. If you want a slice of Blackpool slapped on the coast of Spain then Benidorm is still very much the resort for you.... more

On arrival the hotel was very unorganised with ques miles long and hardly any staff. We had to wait 4 hours for our room and even that wasn't up to scratch. We had to move rooms 3 times before we were satisfied. Food - the food was OK but be prepared to get your elbows out... more
