Nice hotel near to bars and shops. Food was good but not wonderful but for what we paid it was great!! clean rooms helpful staff. Bar was not great so you do have to go out of the hotel for entertainment. I will use this hotel again.
- Advice: go oout and about to look for entertainment
- Good For: Beach

the only good thing about the hotel was the room, aircon in hotel was never on.never anything for the kids to eat at dinner.crammed in like sardines at the pool.as for the lifts, they are a nightmare.this hotel is totaly geared towards the spanish.4 star? i would not give it 1.
- Advice: dont go there

hotel is a very clean, rooms cleaned and fresh towels daily, food ok although felt as though you were eating the same thing every couple of days, some bar staff can be snappy but overal staff were very friendly and chatty, entertainment was brilliant a show every night outside on the stage, and also childrens entertainment during the day and kids club was good, i wouldnt return to this hotel felt asthough there were alot of hen and stag party's . if you like to sunbathe by the pool get down to the pool early as beds go quick not enough for full hotel.lifts are very slow and if you are afraid of hights do not take a floor any higher that 4th floor! bearing in mind it goes up to 21 floors!! as i said before i would recomend taking young children! but if for a hen or stag party then defo! or young couples :)

Well this was the first time I have been on holiday abroad with my partner and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
We payed 580 for 1 week all inclusive at the dynastic and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was fantastic, clean and very spacious, balcony was also spacious which you could sit out upon. The staff where brilliant if any situation arose they would sort it out quite quickly and where extremely helpful with things such as directions.
I throughly enjoyed the food, there was always something for everyone a very good variety. The beer was good, Amstel. Could get coctails and vodka and such. The only dissapointment for me was the entertainment but if you go to benidorm you are not going to be dissapointed, there is always a show on somewhere and always something for everybody to do.
- Advice: go out and ask around, ask members of staff for tips on where to go.

just come back from the Dynastic having a week long stay. Rooms were clean. you sometimes have to wait awhile for the lifts especially for breakfast times.
Food on the whole was really good, between meal times, there are burgers, hotdogs and fries which were generally quite cold though.
Down at the pool, we had to keep moving our sun loungers as the block of flats next to the pool does obstruct the sun slightly.
the entertaiment was really good to say there was only a couple of reps there, activites include killer pool, killer darts etc.
By the way watch out for the rep marion, she can be quite a handful especially for the younger men!!{all good fun though}, she was really friendly and her alone kept the entertainment entertaining!!.
Would definintly go again.

Please belive the bad reviews on this sight.
The room was clean and of agood standard.
The food was prepaired and pressented to a very low standard, not 4* by any means.
For example they had rabbit as a main dish for dinner!
When they had roast pork it was over cooked and looked like a pile of scraps. There was chicken curry for sunday lunch tasted quite good, but was served again for dinner that night, same with roast chicken a few days later.
if you complain about the food being cold you are asked to heat it in micro wave.the entertainment what can I say that has not been said ,the guitarist/singer on sunday night was very good appart from that, forget it.
I realised within the first 24hrs this was never going to be a 4* hotel so I made an official complaint through the holiday rep,he asked the duty manager to check and sign it,he was not happy and told me I might be better in another hotel,I aggread but there was a national strike on and people were having to stay on because of airport delays all over the resort, so finding another hotel at that point was not an option. We stayed on waiting for any sign of improvement .....no luck there....

Isn't it a fact that people like to moan on holiday. Fact.
I found the Dynastic very friendly , clean and the food was better than I have had in any other all inclusive hotels.Relaxing in the sauna the jacuzzi and a lovely big indoor pool.
The rooms were large, spotless etc Lots of internet access and drinks galore at the bar.
there was entertainment on through the morning to evening although evening catered mainly for spanish , but a couple of beers and we enjoyed it.
Lifts were a bit of a pain but we were on a low floor.
It's not eutopia but near all the amenities and the beach , we loved it.

Holiday week commencing 16/09/10 till 23/9/10
on arriving at 10.30pm on 16/9/10 the entrance of the hotel was bare and uninviting, one english male receptionist who was very pollite and helpful. given the keys for a room on the 8th floor and had requested room on 1st or 2nd floor and were told we would be moved to 2nd floor the next day when a room was available.
on exploring the hotel and its facilities, we went up to bed only to find we could not get into the room, went back to reception and security guard swiped the keys again. went back to 8th floor and could still not get into room security guard gave us a key and we gained entry by this time it was midnight. the next morning we had no electricity, reported this to reception who said there was a fault. asked for key for room on second floor - no room available, come back tomorrow. 2nd day got key for another room on 2nd floor. Not a very good start to holiday as we could not unpack clothes for 2 days. We had paid for a superior deluxe room only to be told by the male receptionist that there was no such thing so why is this being advertised on the internet as a choice of rooms it was one of three choices of rooms we opted for the best to have a spacious room for the week. and was stated on the confirmation letter presented to the hotel on arrival.
we found the rooms were very pleasant and clean but minimalistic, with a maid service daily.
the food was tasty but not always hot.
the entertainment was focused on the spanish - nothing for the english and we had to go out at night for the entertainment and both being of a certain age had chose this hotel with all inclusive with daily entertainment provided for everyone.
we found staff rude, ignoring the fact that you were waiting to be served and spanish took priority whilst waiting to be served.
The bars consisted of a piano bar (never heard the piano played) that was fitted out with small wooden chairs that were most uncomfortable and the tables weren't steady, a couple of which swung around when touched. the second bar was where the entertainment took place mainly for spanish.
The pool had no indication of depth, which I believe is against the law. sunloungers were in poor condition and also the parasols which were sparse.
On the final day there was no courtesy room provided to wash and change for the journey home, we had to go to the spa to wash and change and had to pay for the use of a towel. Again the staff here were unpleasant.
We have stayed in a number of 4* hotels and the dynastic does not come up to standard and does not deserve the title of 4* its more like a 2* we are not being unkind as this holiday cost a lot of money for what we received in return. We would not recommend this hotel to our worst enemies. Mainly for the attitude of the staff.

We stayed at this hotel for one night which was part of our 40th Wedding Anniversary present from our son. He paid 128 euros for this 'four star' hotel. The room was very basic, no drink making facilities, no mini bar, only one pillow each, no iron.
The breakfast was absolutely inedible, the orange juice was watered down, the cornflakes were like cardboard, the bacon like plastic (dry and cooked to death), the fried eggs were hard and cold, in fact we could eat nothing. It is really poor, especially for so much money, the facilities shown on the information are not included in the cost of the room and have to be paid for, even the parking is 15 euros extra per night. All in all not even up to a three star standard and nowhere near a true four star. Don't stay there unless you get it for 40 euros a night, that's the maximum it's worth.

A family of ten of us went in october last year. The pictures looked really good, but was really different when we got there. After a three and a bit flight and then a hour and a half transfer, we got to the hotel and they told us we couldn't check in till after tweleve so had to wait over an hour to see our rooms! With a two year old running about I was raging!
The lifts and stairs are a maze, when the lifts actually do work! Seen us waiting 15 mins for a lift!
We were told we would get a cot for our little girl, but when we got there had to pay 70 euros for the week, should have seen the fold out couch (death trap) they wanted her to sleep in.
The rooms were ok, cleaners did come and clean every day and gave us plenty of fresh towels. The balcony was a clear plastic glass, flimsy as anything so we didn't go near! Loads of broken tiles etc, so was hardly new looking!
We were all inclusive but the beer etc was clearly watered down, some said it tasted like pee! The bar staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming, it was a trial for them to serve you and the entertainment at night was awful, a load of old people playing bingo! Didn't like the food, was pretty much the same every night, but their breakfasts were really good!
Defo wouldn't considering going back, especially all inclusive, my auntie stayed up at the melia, along the road, absol gorg, we will be going there nxt time!
