We arrived at the Dynastic hotel at 9.30pm after being delayed for 1 hour.
Hotel looked nice and clean, reception staff very nice and spoke English within 15mins we were in our room on 5th floor very clean and tidy. Only drawback was our balcony overlooked main road which was very noisy.
We unpacked and headed down to the bar, it was very busy took 20 min to get served and then we looked for a seat but none to be had inside or out. So we had to sit on a wall. I had a brandy it was seemed watered down no doubt. We then went looking for the snack as we had missed diner. Only dried up burgers. No rolls. Or dried up pizza.
After the weekend the hotel became a lot quieter as the Spanish only came for the weekend. After that we got a seat in bar most nights.
Food not too bad always something to choose, but beware check out time is 12noon and that is when your all-inclusive ends, so if you have a late flight be prepared and keep some Euros for food and drink.
And then there is the entertainment at night, well if you could call it that, it was awful to say the least if not embarrassing. Not professional at all.

I’m just back from a four day break and I stayed in the Dynastic Hotel.
I’ve been to this hotel before and it’s so much better now the entertainments much better and I really enjoyed myself.
The bar staff are fun and very polite. Also the food is great.
There is enough beds by the pool and it’s a sun trap it’s great. I would recommend it to any one with kids, teenagers, or older adults its brilliant.

We have just got back from a 4 day hen weekend of 7 girls. The reception area was clean and large with friendly staff to greet us.
The rooms again were large and were cleaned daily by the maids. The food was nice with plenty of variety.
The bar staff were friendly and joined in our antics on the actual "hen night." The Spanish entertainment catered for our cowgirl themed night and got everyone up dancing.
The indoor pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were clean but because of this you either had to hire swimming caps or buy one.
On the last day a couple of us took advantage of the massage facility which you have to pay for - however we got a late check out for using the facility.
The only downfall for the hotel was the fact that we were on the 19th floor and we had to wait a long time for the lift to arrive to take us up or down.
Overall an excellent hotel which was great value for money. I would definitely return to the Dynastic.

Just got back this morning. Excellent hotel clean and well maintained. My friend was very impressed with the bathroom and modern appliances. Can upgrade when at hotel to AI.
All staff helpful and friendly. Entertainment is average but we went to the old town at midnight as taxi rank outside hotel. Pool and spa excellent with gym as good as any here.
It pays to keep your room on if have a late flight as only 25 euros which includes ai for both of you. Will be returning.

Just arrived back from a short girlie Christmas trip. The hotel was fantastic and great value for money.
The hotel was spotless and the rooms were too. I’m very fussy when it comes to cleanliness but I was really impressed! Would recommend it to older people and families. I will certainly be going back next year with my family.
The hotel was very central to all amenities and had a great indoor pool and leisure facilities. The staff were polite, friendly and always happy to help, it was a brilliant holiday.

This 4* hotel opened one year ago (in 2005) - so it remains bright, modern and is lovely to look at both inside (with lovely decor and marbled flooring throughout) as well as outside.
It is well maintained, extremely clean and has plenty of hard working staff.
There are two blocks (one with 8 floors, the other with 20 floors and 4 lifts - two of which (in the higher block) give you amazing and scenic views of Benidorm).
Our bedrooms were large and very spacious (plenty of room for extra beds for larger families). The maid service was excellent and the air conditioning superb - which was also easy to operate according to your own needs.
The showers were powerful and bathrooms large with a hairdryer also. Sachets of shampoo and shower gel are left daily.
You can hire a safe in your room if you wish and there is also a fridge (so you can keep your drinks nice and cool) and don't forget your travel kettle as you can make tea in your room too!
There is plenty of wardrobe space and lots of drawers too. The landings are bright and quiet. The balcony has views to the front and back of the hotel and on one side you can even see the entertainment on the stage down below.
The dining room is large, well laid out, cool and well lit. The food is buffet style (with plenty of hot food, bread, meat and fish - also a huge variety of fruit, desserts, pastries, puddings, ice creams etc. However at dinner time - if you are half board - you have to buy your own drinks (unless you are 'all inclusive' in which case they are free!)
The downside are the pools. No inflatables are allowed in the pool - so no airbeds no rubber rings or dingys ( but children are allowed armbands or rings) so that may be off putting for some. Also they are not too deep (up to chest ) so no diving is allowed either!
There are plenty of sun loungers ( the usual scram is on in the morning though) as in all hotels! The entertainment begins for adults about 10.30pm so if you've had a very busy day you may be too tired to stay up for it.
Unfortunately for some - there appears to always be a very large majority of Spaniards staying at this hotel and so you at the entertainment sessions you may not grasp most of the fun, acts or jokes (as only some of them are interpreted).
Also if young children want to join the "children’s clubs" - they may feel put off - if there are only a few or no English speaking children joining in ! - which is a loss to both the child and to the hotel.
The maintenance is exceptionally fast - a problem with our shower was fixed within an hour and the door card keys that were faulty were replaced immediately too.
Overall a beautiful hotel with good food and if it's a rest you're after - then it's ideal.

We are just back from holiday.2 adults and 3 kids aged 16, 13, and 11. We had a great holiday, kids loved it.
The entertainment was poor but you just have to walk next door for a brilliant night at houxtons bar. It was more for the Spanish but I think they do try. I found the staff very helpful except one girl in the pool bar who was so ignorant. The rooms were so clean and the maid changed beds everyday.
Food was good and there was plenty of choice. I loved the pool area as you always got a bed. I was in Flamingo Oasis and thought nothing could beat that but in many ways this hotel was more relaxing and a better holiday for the kids. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We went as a party of 36 for a hen weekend. We were made quite welcome as we were unexpectedly switched to this hotel from the Flamingo Oasis due to them overbooking or so they said.
The hotel was very modern, clean and spacious. The staff were friendly enough although they seemed to favour the Spanish. The entertainment was poor and geared to the Spanish also. The food was plentiful with a good choice although it could have been hotter at times. he pool and surrounding areas were always clean.
A good location to be near to the nightlife without being to noisy. Would not recommend it for families with young children as they would feel left out due to the way the entertainment is organised.

This is a new hotel stating that it is a 4*. We did not have one hot meal or hot plate all the time we was there. There was one microwave which we had to queue up to heat our food (even soup).
In our opinion this was more like a 2* hotel. There was no lounge area to relax except a smoked filled canteen area near the bar. There was no entertainment what so ever and we was all very disappointed having visited Benidorm on many occasions over the years. This was probably the worst hotel we have stayed in.
If you want a real 4* hotel the Melia is excellent and about the same price which was more annoying because we usually stay there.

New clean large complex with beautiful pool area. Food international but you could find something to eat at all times. Food hot and well presented. Staff helpful and always smiling.
Would go back again.
makes a change to go to a new hotel rather that one of the usual old run down hotels Benidorm has to offer.
The location of this hotel is just perfect, close enough to all the new bars shops but far away enough were you are not bothered by noise.
would recommend to both family and friends.

Be prepared for the Spanish as this hotel favours their Spanish clients.
Everything is in Spanish, food (mostly) entertainment, waiters and waitresses were biased to their own nation. Waited continually to be served while a smile was always present for their own nation, felt conned, by the tour operator.

I went to this hotel with my husband for a 3 day weekend break, it was spotless all over every part of the hotel, the rooms were excellent, the bathroom was brilliant the size and the shower was the best ive ever had in a hotel in spain.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. i have recommended this hotel to a lot of my family and friends, they also have been and loved it.
The only downside was the entertainment awe well you cant have everything.
The food was good plenty of choice the AI was excellent i would recommend upgrading if you go because its worth ever penny. I am returning in august with my 2 boys so i hope they will enjoy all the facility's.
