Very pleasant check-in and we had our rooms by 10am.
Room was spotless and we had fresh towels everyday and room was also cleaned everyday by a very friendly cleaner.

As all the reports have said, yes the rooms are very noisy. So if you are a light sleeper like myself not the best place to stay!

STAFF were excellent, friendly ,efficient,very helpful from cleaner to reception,waiters(receptionist happily sorted a birthday cake with candles for my youngest and gladly spent 1 hour phoning to sort our airport transfer with uk agent)
