Clean and tidy. Quiet in the evenings except when Spain won the world cup. Pool bar served nice food, especially the burgers. Good value for money in the apartments and in the resort. Cheap water from pool bar. Short stroll to the strip and just a bit further to the beach... more

brilliant place to stay.staff are very trustworthy.......pool bar is very reasonable and good craic....be careful of night porter though.......his very cranky.....other than that i cant fault the place at all.i will definately be returning.

Have to say i really loved this place... We went in early march, it was quiet and relaxing but it wasnt dead, the crowd around the well kept pool were really nice. The poolside restaurant/bar was great, the staff were lovely, very accommodating and the food was yum. The apartments themselves were spacious and clean with all the neccesitys of a package holiday. Just come back from Los Gracioseros (1st visit was approx 12 years ago). Great location - about 5 mins walk from the front by the casino. Netto and Spar within 2- 5 mins walk which was very handy. Also smaller supermarket nearer to the apartments. Stayed on ground floor - apartment 109. Great to sit out on our terrace all day with the sun blazing down on us in the afternoon. Nice accommodation in a good location. Only around 5 minute walk to the centre of the main strip. Rooms were clean but the poolside bar wasn't up to much. The girlfriend liked the "give a book, leave a book" policy the used in reception. I would also have to mention Didier who worked in reception during our stay as he was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. more

Really enjoyed my stay here. Room was clean and spacious, maid service was superb, check in and information desk helpful. The complex is very near to supermarkets and only a couple of minutes walk away from the main strip in Puerto del Carmen. Would heartily recommend staying here if in this part of Lanzarote. more

We have just returned from a week in Lanzarote , Where we enjoyed the good weather and the holiday atmosphere. We stayed Los Gracioseros and found them to be a nice small complex complete with friendly staff willing to offer any help we needed. I found it hard to find reviews about them so this is to set the record straight. We stayed for two weeks - wasn't bad and was central - just at the back of the main strip. The pool side bar left alot to be desired I have to say but I am to believe they are rebuilding it before this year is out. Different owners to the complex. Have also to mention the girl on reception was out and out rude. It was a scorching 55 degrees while we were they and they had not enough fans for all the apartments.
