POSITIVE POINTS:
Just returned from a really excellent week at these apartments with my wife Julie and daughter Nicola, We all really loved our stay!
I would not hesitate in recommending them to anybody, they are kept very clean on a regular basis, and the reception staff are tremendously helpful and friendly. The apartments were really quiet and peaceful with a relaxed atmosphere.
Free extras included: Microwave oven, Television *(30 euro deposit on remote control, returnable on departure), Toaster, Kettle, 2 ring cooker, Fridge with built in small freezer.
Safety deposit box 12 euros per week* (Also 12 euros returnable deposit on key).
Late room available for last day at 20 euro.
LOCAL AMENITIES...
Main beach 3 mins walk away, Restaurants and bars 2 mins walk away, and only Water Park on the island is only 5 mins. By taxi. Taxi fare cost 5 euro inc. tip.
Entry to Water Park is 21 euros adult and 14 euros children, if you get your tickets from the reception you receive a 5% discount and they even called us a taxi.
We had a bus trip to: PORTA DEL CARMEN (about 30mins). Cost 8 euro for all three of us!
Lots of local shops for gifts or self catering families. Netto and spar supermarkets 4 mins. Walk to either. Perfume shops, and even a local small market on a friday open 17.00 to 22.30 about 3 minutes away!
Chinese and indian restaurants across the road next door to each other, why cook? They even do takeaway's, Prices are good. There are so many to choose from!
The complex has its own small supermarket, although as usual it is slightly more expensive than the ones named above. They sell newspapers from 9.30a.m. and are literally on the doorstep.
Breakfasts range from 2.5 euros to 6 euros for a full on brekkie!!!
We used a bar called the 'SCOTS AND RYE' several times for evening meals and breakfasts and found them excellent value and friendly people.
NEGATIVE POINTS:
No entertainments at the apartments, other than a pool table and swimming pool.
Reception only open:
Mon-Fri. 09.00 to 21.00. (Except for new arrivals).
Sun. 09.00 to 13.00. then 16.00 to 20.00.
Can't remember Saturday opening times?
Safety deposit boxes in a strong room only accessible through reception during reception opening times.
POSITIVE POINTS FAR OUTWAY THE NEGATIVES AND WE WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION!!!

I stayed at the Celeste Apartments for 2 weeks! The cleanliness is very high there and has nice bug spaces apartments.
It was my daughter’s birthday during our stay and she had a great day she went fishing on the harbour wall (she caught loads) then we went to lunch to a cafe called Hammy's the food is great there and he also did a cake for my daughter!
At night we went bowling in an upstairs bowling ally I highly recommend that then we went for a Chinese the slow boat! I want to recommend the Cutty Sark also! You should really try the Celeste Apartments there great!

I have just come back from a brilliant holiday in Costa Teguise. The apartment were cleaned every day except for Sundays and Tuesday and towels were changed every 3-4 days. In The kitchen there was a microwave, kettle, toaster and two ring hob. We found that it was cheaper to eat out every night rather than make our own food.
You can get a massive breakfast for around 4 euros and if your feeling peckish in the afternoon there are many cheap things such as a baguette with chips and salad or an omlette. These meals also cost around 4 euros. At night you can have almost whatever you want such as a lamb shank dinner or mighty mixed grills. We ended up at The Dolphin Inn for almost every meal because of the beautiful food and the bar staff were great. The atmosphere was amazing and there was excellent prizes for the raffle at the end of the night for every drink that you bought. We won two windsurfing lessons with windsurf paradise. My partner and sister had an amazing time and said that the instructor was very polite of helpful.
The bar I recommend is The Dolphin Inn - Lisa, Lori, Claire and Ian are great at the bar they are soo funny and provide the best level of entertainment.
Finishing on a bad note do not go to The Fuel Stop, they may say they are the only late night kebab and pizza house but the food is not worth half the money. This is located just around the corner from The Dolphin Inn.
You can find a decent kebab and pizza at The Filling Station. This is located near Saxo's and if you ask someone in The Dolphin Inn they will be happy to tell you more information on this great late night restaurant.

The Celeste Apartments are basic, clean and well kept. The amenities of the Resort are not too far away. The staff are friendly and helpful without being obtrusive.
There are fine restaurants within easy walking distance, and the beach is about an 8 minute stroll. To hire a lounger is about 4 euros per day but its not called Costa Tebreezie for nothing!
Having a holiday here caters for all ages whether you want to relax or play.

The Celeste Apartments are superb. Well located for the amenities of the Resort but sufficiently away to give that degree of peace. Friendliness of staff is beyond expectation.
The apartments are kept to a high standard of cleanliness with a minimum of fuss. It might not be available in the high season but you can keep your room for the day for a measly 20 euros as you await pick up to the dreaded airport! Many fine restaurants within easy walking distance, proffering a snack to a veritable Canarian Feast.
A myriad of trips abound and would recommend the market at Teguise on the Sunday, it has crafts, leather goods, silly things and a raft of trash, but is an experience otherwise. Back to the subject of eateries, try the Tapas joints, doesn't matter which one, just go for it, you'll be surprised and delighted at the fusion of flavours.
Like an English Breakfast as a means to recover from the previous nights overindulgence? You won't be disappointed...so many cafes and bars have this in their wares that the only problem resides around your willingness to walk through this small but vibrant resort.

Although the apartments are looking a little tired and could do with a touch of renovation, they are spacious and kept scrupulously clean. They are situated in a very quiet location, yet only a minute's walk from the beach. There are three small pool areas, each one serving around 25 apartments, with an ample supply of sunbeds. No need to get up early here! There is a vast number of good, reasonably-priced restaurants in the immediate vicinity serving everything from Spanish Tapas to fish and chips and there are supermarkets in all directions from the apartments. The receptionist is very helpful and the cleaning staff are very friendly and efficient. Transfer from the airport is only 20-30 minutes. All in all, very satisfactory accommodation in a very convenient location.
