We went to Parque de la paz last month and its the best holiday we've had in years. The entertainment was great and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was fine and was cleaned loads whilst we were there. We stayed self catering but ate at the hotel a few times, no faults at all. Siam park and loro parque are fantastic, and was enjoyed by all ages. You wont be dissapointed and we have already booked again for next year. :)

Wonderful Apartments spoiled by noisy entertainment

We have stayed at these Apartments several times, and have always enjoyed out stay. This year, was the first time we have been, when they are now also all inclusive. We chose to stay self catering, again this time, as we like to cater for ourselves and eat out. We arrived and as always were pleased, however, we had not bargained for the afternoons of boring,Bingo. Which most of the holiday makers did not want. At nightime the entertainment started, it was so very noisy and again always a couple of games of Bingo. It was impossible to get to sleep before 11pm, which when you have children with you is late every night. In the past, the entertainment during the Winter months was inside, but be warned it is now outside, and so having a quiet night on the balcony is not a possibility.

my family and i arrived to parque la paz on 1/10/2010 our plane was an hour late and we had missed dinner so they left a bag of food and fruit for us in our room there was a entertainer called ben he was great with the children and was funny the entertainment you get is amazing when you arrive there you dont want to leave the food was great and there is a wide choice there was two restaurants to choose from there is about 15 bars down the stairs every pub has entertainment but not as good as the hotel lol at night time we went to linekers it is the best club in tenerife and it is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel everything is just a few minute walk away i would never ever ever choose anywhere else for a holiday it is a hotel for seniours familys and all ages really there is 3 games of bingo a day and there is very good money to play for there is also 2 raffles a day i won 7 times within 2 days my mum and my sister won at least 300 euros between them it is the best hotel i would never choose another hotel u have to try that hotel you would never find another hotel with better entertainment and there is beach volleyball in the pool exercises and other things going on during the day if people say that hotel was not good they are nuts lol the best hotel in tenerife and i have been to a lot of hotels xxxx

Just returned from spending 7 nights in this hotel (8/10 - 15/10).
I have visited Tenerife for the last 15 years and have stayed in hotels at all star ratings.
We arrived at the hotel at 02:30 A.M. Check in was fasttnd efficient and friendly. Room was a surprise, kitchen was small but functional (we didnt need it as we were staying on a half board basis), living room area had two sofas, table chairs and T.V (Coin operated). bedroom was large and airy.
Booth the living area and the Bedroom had access to the balcony area which was large and furnished with table and chairs.
After breakfast (Buffet style but with plenty of choice) we noticed a poster next to the dining area offering upgrade to All Inclusive for 14 euros per day each. This is a bargain as it covers everything.
Pool area is large and has plenty of sunbeds but as usual these tend to be grabbed by the dawn raiders who dont seem to make use of them till late afternoon.
All Inclusive only area is behind main poolside bar. here Draught Beer,Fruit juices,Tea, coffee and ice water are available on alf servicebasis. Spirits and cocktails are served to you by barman. Longest I had to wait for a drink was approx 2 minutes (Big difference from other hotels I have stayed in).
Entertainment was great, everything from Bingo for the women, games etc for kids, quizzes for everyone and a wide variety of acts to suit all tastes. (Highlights were Rat Pack singer, Comedy Drag Act and young female singer brought in at very short notice who sang Alicia Keyes numbers note perfect.
Location of hotel may not be to everyones taste but my days of 24 hour partying are long gone so the quiet at night was appreciated.
An integral part of my enjoying of the holiday was Van and Ben the entertainments team who know how to get a crowd going and are consumate professionals.
To sum up.... This was my first visit to this hotel but it wont be my last.

Excellent Holiday

Just came back from a weeks all inclusive holiday at this hotel and had an excellent time from start to finish. Our apartment on the 3rd floor was spotless on arrival along with the rest of the hotel. The all inclusive package was great with plenty of choice each day. Our children aged 2 and 6 loved the pool area which again was spotless on a daily basis and at this time of year had plenty of beds. The evening entertainmnet was good but didnt start until 8.30 pm this could be improved by having a little mini disco etc prior to this for the younger children. The entertainment is loud but does finish at midnight.
To summarise the hotel is in a great location, had good food and entertainment and is clean.

i was there when a mother was shouting charlie and billy they arrived when we did and were at reception for half an hourwhile they sorted themselves out. There was also another family that were a bit rowdybut you can get that anywhere. The hotel was very clean so ticked my boxes. im a bit ocd when it comes to cleanliness. the food was great and was a wide choice wished they had jacket potatoes though on menu. the pool was a really good size. the best part of the holiday though was having English speaking entertainment they made the holiday for me great sense of humour.

the first day we arrived at 11 at night so there was no food on but we had a chineese in our room but it had liver in it so we didnt eat it we asked for toasties but we got sandwiches witch were disgusting but the rest of the week was great the room cleaners were great the brekfast, luch and tea were really good but if you didnt like anything from the dinner there was all ways something for a snack the entertainer and DG was good he was called ben there was allways acks on a night time witch were good the people in the hotel were really friendlyck theread to choose another holiday i would go back there it was great but if you were on the bottom floor never open the patio door because there was a woman walking backwards and forwards 4 times looking to get through your house (so bring a fan with you for night time but we left ours on all day every day)

Great Holiday
9 / 10
Aug 2010, Libby

Have recently returned from a 14 day holiday at this hotel. I was really impressed with how clean the hotel is. Only problem is the sunbeds round the pool are impossible to get unless you want to sit at the pool from 7.30 every morning. Pool not very big for the size of hotel either. Did not have food there, chose to go out to other places especially the Rovers Return and the Corner Bar. Great prices for food and drink. The most we paid for a pint of local beer was 3 euros and that was on Veronica's strip. Will definately go back to Tenerife but probably not to the same hotel.

My husband and I took our teenage daughter and son for 2 weeks in july 2007, our friends took their 2 teenage daughters and we had a fantastic holiday. Only complaint was that the shower only provided one hot shower in the early evening, but apart from that we'd love to return. Is appealing to all ages and Cara and Bobby are lovely and do a great job. Great value for money - loved it !!

I am just bak from a week stay in parque de la paz. I went with my partner, my son and my neice (both 10yrs old). We had a really good stay. When we got there we upgraded to allinclusive, it cost us 99euros a day for the four of us. The food was good, freshly cooked infront of u, for example...the bacon in the morning and the chicken, steak, turkey etc in the evenings. After breakfast in the restaurant the food was then available from the allinclusive area at the poolbar. It was a little repetitive everyday, but there was always sumthin available. The drinks were good for the kids...fizzy juice, still juice and non alcoholic cocktails from 10.30am-11pm! They also got icecream included, but just the one kind. The local beeer for us was tasty, but we had to drink out of plastic cups all the time as glasses were nt available for allinclusive guests.U had to be up b4 7 inda mornin if u wanted a lounger at the pool, which was a bit early for me. The entertainment started around 11am for the kids, ben and van (the 2 entertainers) were very good at keeping them entertained with water volleyball, water datrs, crazy golf, bingo, quizes and lots more. Entertainment at nite was also 2 an excellent standard, it went on till around 12.30, so if u hav a pool view it can be a bit noisey!! No matter wat time u went to bed at, u wud always find a maid cleaning!!!!!!!! Our beds were made everyday and our towels changed daily...but they did smell a bit damp..not that nice wen u cum out of the shower. The place itself is central 2 everything...if u are looking for a gud home cooked breakfast try the hole in the wall directly below the hotel. The chinese beside it is also very tasty, and u gt a free blt of wine with ur dinner...and if u are good, a free shot (which is a full brandy glass size) afterwards!!! The designer shops are sooooo expensive, but the cigarettes are so cheap...18euros for 200 lambert!!! We will definaley be bak. Susan, stephen, jack and emily x x x x x
