Parque De La Paz Apartments

Just got home and really sad, because it was the best holiday ever. VERY friendly staff, both at reception and the bar. Very clean rooms, with quality towels and bedding. Lovely shower and clean kitchen. The large living room, made up for the fact it was too cold to go on the balcony in the evening. It was a superb hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived on the Friday and didnt like being on the bottom floor, as it was just us two girls and so they kindly moved us up a floor, no fuss. The pool was a bit cold, but you got used to it and it was very clean. Plenty of sunbeds and lots of room around the pool, even though the pool was massive. Good bar food and entertainment, which wasnt loud enough to disturb. Suitable walk to the beach and local nightlife. Excellent holiday and I would definately go back.

been at this apartment 3 times and are going again in september 09. we always go as a group and there is always something to do for all ages. The rooms are always clean and tidy and you always have clean towels. Alway had a pool view and also we could see the sea from our other balcony our room was 2 bedrooms which sleeps up to 6 people.Good location good restaurants and bars.the weather has always been good.The staff have always been helpfull we needed a doctor while we were there we asked at reception and the doctor was at our room within 20 minutes.

we have just come back from this hotel it was a lovely hotel very clean staff very friendly and thats all the staff the pool bar is ok we spent most of are time there lol the evening entertainment was very good cara and bobby do a very good job cara has been doing it for 3/4 years 365 days no days off the the bingo is good won on that 3/4 times the raffle as well the food is very good the pool is very clean you have a lifeguard at the poolside we went with 3 adults 1 teenager age 17 four kids at the age of 1 /9 they loved it here didnt want to go home

A very enjoyable holiday. The Location was ideal, near to beach front and near all shops and resturants. apartments were spotless, staff friendly and jolly. The pool area was spacious and very clean. Overall a great place and we would not hesistate going back there.

We have just returned from this resort and had a fantastic time. The apartment, whilst basic, was very clean. We hired a kettle and fan from Paul who ran the hire firm and can highly recommend him, very quick and efficient service.
The hotel staff were always helpful and efficient, we asked for extra pillows and they were delivered to the room within 10 minutes.
The food in the restraunt was a bit limited mainly due to not many using it, but we used it every day apart from one, so excellent value for money if you are half board as we were.
The entertainment in the poolside bar was good, Cara and Bobby do a very good job of ensuring that they try to keep all age groups entertained from tribute acts to bingo and raffles.......ok a couple of the tribute acts were a bit cheesy, but i think you expect that, and can certainly recommend watching Elton John, The crazy world of Avril, Boy George (the gay Elvis !!) and Billy Idol, all excellent.
The location of the apartment was brilliant, within walking distance of both Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas, although we didn't like Las Americs.....just too Benidorm for us.
Met lots of lovely people who are regulars there can highly recommend it.

having just returned from this place i would not go back again the reception staff were not helpful or friendly at all there was not enough room around the swimming pool. we got there on the friday and i had to go and ask for the room to be cleaned on the tuesday. they lock the sunbeds up each night and some mornings they unlock them at 8oclock and sometime you can still be waiting at half past nine we are just glad that we didnt take our grandchildren this year because it wouldnt have been fun for them the pool was not big enough for the size of the resort was glad to get home WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN

first time with thomas cook first time at parque de la paz horrible flight out 0135 in the morning with future a spanish airline rating 8 out of 10 for in flight helpfulness and service once landed very good response from all the reps onto buses no messing straight to the complex arrived 0630 very tired first impressions were very good helpfull staff booking in was quick apartment not bad at all apart from no kettle no toaster then we found out why a charge of 15 euros and a deposit of 30 for both so a charge of 90 euros for basic self catering needs not good the list of extra charges for basic needs was endless you expect a small fee for buggies fans safes etc but not cots baby walkers bottle sterilizers kettles toasters and any other basic need you may require non of these were known about prior to our departure so now i only think its fair that i let everyone know beware the extra charges.......ive stopped moaning now location of the apartments spot on not far to walk to anything either way you turn reps were always available rating 7 out of 10 not bad for me....the flight home disater 6 hours delay no info being passed to anyone if we had not sneeked out to arrivals with another tour company we would have been kept in the dark but i spoke to a rep at the airport who did all he could to let us know what was what well done 9 out of 10 for him well just remember well worth th holiday but remember the charges

me and 3 friends stayed here for a week, and i would recommend this hotel to everyone. entertainment was good for the kids but not for us, the food was great and we was made very welcome. the rooms were very clean and there was cleaners everywhere. there was shops everywhere and only a short walk to the beach this was a really nice hotel and i would definitly recommend.

just arrived back from tenerife after a 2week holiday.really enjoyed my time at the parque de la paz very clean and spacious.the best thing about the hotel is the entertainment provided by cara and bobby who also run the kids club 6 days a week.i think they are 1 of the reasons most people go back.the staff are very freindly and the maid service is very good.

there were me and 4 other girls aged 17-19 that stayed at Parque De la Paz from june 08 through to july 08.
Nothing major really to complain about the hotel was lovely especially the pool and it didnt really bother me getting up at 8.30am just to get a sun lounger because you had it for the rest of the day.
the maids kept the apartments very clean but it was disspointing that you only got the basics in you apartment and i luckily took tea towels, washing up liquid etc.
the nightlifes fantastic.. especially if your around my age .. just becareful with your belongings keep them close to you because unfortunatly there were a lot of muggings happening especially in the starco area.. would recomend Linekers the DJ was ace and Rags is a good bar for music.
the beach and shops were all very close and the sea s lovely to swim in.
i wouldnt recomend going to the corner bar (around 2 minutes from the hotel) the waitresses were ignorant and unpleasant and the food was undercooked.
overall i had a fantastic holiday and would love to go back next year just make sure to wear high factor suncream because it is very hott!
