These apartments could be alot more comfortable, they are basic and can be uncomfortable. The pool is very nice and warm but there are no mattresses on the sun loungers which can make all the difference to comfort.
The rooms are well equipped which are kept clean and fresh. The snack bar is basic and is closed on Mondays which can be a bit of a pain when you are on holiday, there were alot of complaints about this at the time.
Overall value for money ok for a quick cheap holiday break, you basically get what you pay for. Would not be my choice again, there are alot more comfortable places to go in Tenerife.

We were in a studio. Absolutely nipping clean. Gardens well kept also. Some friends had an apartment, little bit dated but spacious. Much preferred our studio to our friend’s apartment.
Separate kitchen and bathroom (have been to places where its basically all in one!!). Maria behind the pool bar is lovely - sometimes people must drive her nuts but she doesn’t show it for one moment. Los Gigantes is not for nightclubbers. There is just enough going on and its basically chill out and watch the world go by. If you are put off by black sand don’t go.
The taxis are cheap enough and there are livelier resorts nearby. We just like to chill so it suited us. Little bit hilly but hotel is well situated so it’s not too steep. Very laid back nice holiday would go again.
