In our opinion the resort is very clean and well maintained, however the children’s club for British speaking guests, was almost non existent, and the food was geared very much towards the Italians - which, with 3 young children was a problem, we were fortunate enough to be able to prepare food in the room which was fitted with a fridge and two ring hob.
The Hotel Staff loved the British Guests, and made a fuss of the children, but the entertainment for British Guests was always going to be second place to the Blu Club’s organised events, so unless we could understand Italian, then we would have to make our own entertainment.
We found the town fantastic, the local market and water park within 15 mins walk from the resort, and town about 25 mins, wouldn’t go back to this resort on an all inclusive basis but perhaps on a self catering basis at a reduced price if given the opportunity.
No Air-conditioning either which was disappointing when it is advertised as having such in the brochure of JMC/Thomas Cook.

Resort was fantastic, we could not have asked for more.
Friendly and attentive staff everything very clean especially pools etc. great location we could walk to blue flag beaches one side and Corralejo town the other! The town we found to be great, very relaxed but if like us you needed a few nights blow out it was party all night!!
The only gripe and the reason it did not get a 10 out of 10 was the fact it was a resort for Italians until 3 weeks before we arrived, so although the food was great it was pasta and fish every day plus all the entertainment in the resort was supplied for the Italians, had we wanted to stay in on an evening or had children this situation would have been far from ideal.
In no way are we knocking the Italians just the fact we could have been warned???

Fantastic Resort. Great Hotel, rooms really nice and clean. Maids come in most days to clean and change towels etc. Really friendly and helpful hotel and restaurant staff.
Only downside was hotel was geared more to Italians rather than English so would not suit anybody who was not keen on Italian based food.
Again the entertainment team were Italian and did not try to engage English guests, although there were more English guests than Italians during my stay!!!
There was one of the entertainment staff who was not Italian who handled the day entertainment for the boys, Archery, shooting, pool competitions etc and he was fantastic and went beyond the calls of duties, he came down to chat to us in the evenings, even making sure that the older residents got back to their rooms ok at the end of the night!!
To sum up, if they catered a little more to the English as well as the Italians this would be a fantastic hotel although that said it didn't put me off returning as I am thinking of going back early next year.
