The TSOKKOS paradise village is exactly that. It has a large stunnig pool situated in the middle and the apartment blocks of 4 or 6 and dotted around the pool area or further set back.
The 1 bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious and had a great balcony. The maids were in everyday and sorted all of my girlfriends mess up.
About 500 metres from the front of the hotel is Landa Beach, which has a large stretch of golden sand with watersports, restaurnats/snack bars, and the sea is warm. This was far nicer the neighbouring Nissi Bay, a 10 minute walk, as Nissi bay was littered with rubbish and ram packed full of the single groups.
Within a 10 minute walk of the hotel there are a few shops/bars/restaurants to eat, or you can pay up to 10 euro's for a taxi to Agia Napa, which is fantastic.
Do not try to walk, we did it at about 4pm and the temperature was 35degree's, and 45minutes later we arrived drenched in sweat, definately get a taxi. Even during the night it is 28/29degree's.
The nightlife is very expensive, and we didn't hit the clubs, we stayed in the bars such as bedrock, aruba, pirates, fly bar... There are endless amounts of bars it is brilliant.
Overall the accomodation was paradise, very chilled out and relaxed and in a great location for a couple/family/romantic getaway. It is not for clubbing singles who want to be in the heart of the action. Oh, last thing is that most of the guests are sweedish, so the entertainers are also sweedish, but do translate into english which made us laugh.

Wow.... I have just got back from Tsokkos Apartments in Ayia Napa & I had the best holiday ever!!!!
The place was great and the surrounding nightlife was wicked!!
I went with 2 girl friends and all 3 of us had a great time!! It was soooo good we are all wishing we could go back!!
We met a great crowd of people on the plane that happened to be staying there aswell which was good because it became a bigger partyy!
There was also another 11 of my friends down the road so overall there was loads of us!
Ayia Napa is where I want to live now.. The bars and clubs were fantastic and the apartments were great!! I don't have one bad thing to say about that place!!
During the day there was music, food, drink and loads of fun stuff going on!!
Also all credit to the reps because they were brilliant!!
I didn't hear any bad things about Tsokkos and I would defenatley recommend it to anyone young!!

Just got back from a holiday in Ayia napa and i wish i was still there. The atmosphere at the apartments was amazing the pool bar is open 24/7 and only 5 mins from the main clubbing strip. GAmes at the pool during the day and only 5 min taxi ride to the most popular ninni beach...... BOOKING IT AGAIN FOR NEXT YEAR!!

I stayed at Tsokkos for 2 weeks with my friends,we got back 4 days ago and were all heartbroken. Ayia Napa is a really lively, friendly place. I would recommend it to anyone.
We arrived at Tsokkos and were greeted by the lovely receptionist.NOT!!! She's useless so are most of the people on reception but they are also hilarious.
Are room was not exactly modern or clean and we had a lovely view off the balcony of a dirt track and some bushes, but we grew to love it. The pool area is gorgeous and through the day is packed with everyone from the apartments as well as most of the PR's and Reps who say it is the best place to be through the day. And on a night the pool bar is cheap and a great laugh before you hit the square. The Location of Tsokkos is one of the best things about it!! Its great just 2 minutes away from all the clubs and bars so theres not a long walk home.
All in all its a great place to stay. The atmosphere is the best and its worth putting up with a shabby room and a few unwanted creepy crawlies for. Were definetly going back next year so watch out napa, the leeds girls are ON IT!!!

Stayed here for 2 weeks last August and i LOVEDDDD it!! 13 of us away in total and have to say it was the best holiday i've ever had!!
Tsokkos is so close to The Squre, which is really good cos you wont have to fork out a fortune for taxis (who are rip off artists, went to water park one day + cost 6.50 going but 8 coming home?!) and you can come home whenever you like without having to wait around.
Only bad things were that there are no lifts =( not good when you have to drag ur 20kg case up two or more flights of stairs!! & that the man at reception is very narkly if u stagger in at 7am asking for a spare key to ur room (locked out, stayed out when everyone went to bed), we had one key between 6 people which was slightly ridiculous and caused some bother...
Room was brilliant, 6 beds (2 bedrooms, & 2 guys slept on the sofas haha), bathroom kitchenette and HUGE balcony (for ref, we stayed in 811, i think he one across was 812 they also had a big blacony) which was great if you were still revocering from the night before and didnt have the willpower to make it to the pool, you could just lay out there. Although, the blacony floor is NOT water proof as we discovered after our mega water fight!!
Absolutely loved the Pool bar too, Barmen were great craic and really friendly! If you're going anytime soon ask for a Bartenders Special cocktail, theyre gorgeous!! Though watch out for the irritating DJ who starts playing games with pool-goers, no-one is safe and hes especially annoying if all u want to do is sleep in preperation for th night ahead!!
Cleaning service was ok, maid came every other day, and cleaned what she could. Only thing was sometimes they came really early and got annoyed if you wernt up!!
All in all, its a great place to stay and is in an ideal location - close to the sqaure!! wouldnt recommend it for families though its great for young people on hols with tehir friends. Would definately go back =)

Me and my friends have been to Ayia Napa for the past 3 yrs and these apartments were by far our favourite! Ok the place could have done with a coat of paint as we were situated in the older block but the atmosphere and fun of the place well makes up for that. We never went to bed before 6am any day, and the pool bar was always open when we came back from the clubs... exactly what you want if your 20!
This is definitely not the place to go in high season if your looking for something quiet or relaxing. The pool area was packed every day, loud music and entertainment.
The apartments are a 2 min walk from the strip where all the clubs and bars are, you couldn't get much closer if you tried. We didn't need to get taxis like we did the past few years.
This place is without a doubt the best holiday spot ever and the Tsokkos is 100% recommended, cant wait till next year!!!! x

Me and my friend both 24 went to this hotel wanting a relaxed holiday with nightlife and it is exactly what we got. I was a bit nervous about going to the apartments after reading some comments on sites like these but I was very happy once we got there. The staff weren't exactly helpful and when we arrived we spent 20 minutes trying to find our block and dragging heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs but when we eventually found our room it was clean and spacious and had a view of the pool/bar.
The pool area was always kept clean and as well as the room, where the maid came daily (sometimes very early in the morning - not good if you have been out till 5am!). The bar area stayed open very late which didn't bother us as we were always out but if you did want an early night I cant see you getting much sleep before 3 or 4am.
The apartments were in a perfect location to the restaurants, shops and pubs - the beach is a bit of a walk away so we mainly stayed around the pool during the day.
As we went just out of season it was less rowdy and I can see how, in peak times this hotel could be noisy and a nightmare for some people. It is definitely NOT a family hotel or a hotel for the older guests or those who are looking for a quiet trip. It wasn't the most luxury hotel I have ever stayed in but it is comfortable and if your looking for a lively hotel close to the action then this is perfect.

Ayia Napa was mad, mental, and so much fun! If you are wild party animals like me and my friends then this place is for you! I loved chilling at the pool during the day, where we also had good entertainment and great cocktails!
Then just a little walk up hill brings you right into the buzzing, busy nightlife, the atmosphere is incredible!
We did the 2wentys weekly package which set us back on money, I would’ve advise this package as a few nights wasn’t worth it and you could've don’t it on your own. Beach party was great though, get involved if you’re not embarrassed!
Weather great, some good food places. Not a holiday for relaxing and peace and quiet. Even when I did manage to get to bed it was hard to sleep from all the partying going on.
Would definitely go back!

When me and my two friends arrived at the reception the receptionist gave us the key and left us to it! We was then left to struggle with our heavy cases up two flights of stairs and then found out it was the wrong block! We did this three times until we eventually found our room.
When we got into our room it looked really nice, it looked clean and spacious and overlooked the pool and bar. When we looked in our cupboards there was hardly no cutlery or a microwave, which we was told there would be, and my friends sofa bed had a metal bar running through the middle of it!
After ten minutes of arriving in our room two men came knocking on our door basically letting themselves in to advertise a boat trip, we was basically forced into going and wouldn't take no for an answer. We didn't end up going due to the bad reports we heard from it!
Also on a number of occasions the maid didn't leave enough toilet roll and we had to keep going down to reception and asking for more!
The night life was great with lots of clubs and bars which really got you in the holiday spirit. When coming back to the apartments early morning we was faced with more music from around the pool and gangs shouting, swearing and having no consideration for people who wanted to sleep!
We was told the accommodation was lively and ideal for young people but we didn't expect this!! Out of the 7 nights we was there I would say 5 of them involved idiots knocking on our door and running off at 5 in the morning!! By the end of the week we was ready to go home!
On a positive note we loved Ayia Napa and will definitely return, but we will choose a more relaxing accommodation so we can re charge our batteries when coming from the beach ready for the night ahead.
However, due to the constant loud music playing around the pool this meant that we were unable to do this. This accommodation is great if you like listening to music 24/7 and have a wide taste in music, if not choose elsewhere!

Just back from Ayia Napa and I had a blast!!
When we arrived at the apartments we were given a room in block 6!! It was ground level and there were dead cockroaches everywhere!! It was not liveable!! We went to complain and expected a fight but they changed us no hassle at all.
We were moved to block 8 which is close to the pool but not right beside it. We could hear the music from the bar but it wasn’t as loud as those with room’s right beside the bar.
The room itself was clean and didn’t smell which was a good change from the last one. They are very basic rooms nothing special but in Ayia Napa its all partying and I didn’t really care that the place didn’t look amazing.
The cleaning staff was just OK. She came most days but done a very basic job and she complained when we asked for our bed sheets to be changed!!!
The towels are not very clean.. Only use them to stand on when coming out of the shower.
Overall the room was basic but it does the job!!
The pool and pool bar were great. Have to say. Loads of sun beds and the pool is big enough. Food is served all night long right up to 6 o clock when the bar closes for 2hours!
The staff are very very friendly and very good fun! The tricks the bar men can do are amazing. Very entertaining to watch!!
The location of the apartments are jus perfect it is jus a min walk from 'the square' which is pumping at night with pubs and clubs and then on the other side it is a min walk from all the gift shops and clothes shops etc.
Really enjoyed the 2weeks and would go back but Ayia Napa is not for the light hearted. Would not recommend young children to go there. The only thing to do is drink drink and drink some more.
Is the ideal holiday for a group of young friends who can drink every night straight, cos that’s what you will b doing!!!

Well what can I say? I went on holidays with 15 other girls our first impression was good but that was only looking at the foyer. We were placed on the 1st and 2nd floor which we thought was great until we had 2 carry our own suitcases up the stairs as there are no lifts.
As we got to our rooms I was shocked it was all done out in brown which isn’t the most appealing colour, our microwave didn’t work and the draw wouldn’t even open.
As we looked at the plates and saucepans they had black dirt all over them it was filthy. Through out the week we had 3 cockroaches and our bathroom flooded, to prevent this that’s all the maid done was stuff toilet paper under the sink were the water had been coming from it was a joke.
Well we settled in the room unpacked and went out, this cheered us all up as the strip of clubs is a good laugh especially the frogs bar where we had 5 bottles of champagne and a free shot each, if your a bunch of girls take advantage if they try getting you in a club ask them what you will get free 1st its well worth it.
The pool and pool bar is great loads of sun beds and plenty of room. They have pool parties on a Tuesday I think which is really funny. Also in the second week my friends room got broken into 2, i-pods were taken and ipod speakers a mobile phone and over £300 the police didn’t want to know.
Things you should have are extra towels from home as you don’t get clean ones for like a week, cleaning stuff as you will need it and go across the road to the shop and by bug spray just in case you get intruders such as we did.
Overall I wouldn’t go to these apartments again, but don’t let me put you off aiya napa as it is a good laugh something you will never forget.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and it gets better and better each year. We (5 of us) were situated in the smaller slightly quieter Tsokkos apartments, however we spend a lot of the time by the bigger pool and complex during the day.
Our room was shared by 3 people and it was still quite spacious, and in the 2nd week it was just 2 of us. cooking was easy but basic, but a spatula would have came in handy instead of a wooden spoon for flipping eggs!
Like others have said, its 5 minute walk from the main square, but a cab journey (2 euro's each for 4) down to the local and very much popual Nissi Beach, although i did walk it one afternoon and nearly lost a stone from sweating!!!
The cleaners are very good, but one day they refused to clean it due to the fact it looked like hell!!!
Apart from that the beds were made everyday (even if i had no sheets on it) and new sheets were provided every other day.
No matter how many bottles, plates or cups there are in the room, the cleaners will take your rubbish and clean your dishes. - they were great!
Napa is generally the same every year, as is Tsokkos holiday apartments - always friendly, always willing to help, and always at the pool bar for when you need a drink.
If you can stay here then do it! you won't be dissappointed!!!
