Well laid out campsite, lots of pedestrian areas in front of mobiles, parking in side rows or car parks. Most mobiles had decking or paving and shade. Toilet/shower blocks very clean. Pool area very clean but water was freezing. Two of the four pools were not open. Although it was UK Whitsun hols campsite not too busy. Nice walk from campsite around lake to Peschiera town. Cannot comment on the entertainment as we did not use it, but it still seemed low season and not much happening.
Campsite restaurant was ok, but was dearer than some of the restaurants in Peschiera.
Worth a visit are the towns of Malcesine, Sirmione, Lasize, Bardolino. Venice about 1 1/2 by car, but cost too much to park in the tronchetto and take the water bus (also dear) into the centre. Would catch train from Peschiera next time. Warning - toilets in Venice cost 1 euro if you are taller than 1m. Verona about 40 mins away is a nice afternoon out but the car parks are hard to find - head for the Arena area and there is one underground.
Would definitely go back to this campsite and Peschiera.

We arrived 23.06.08 for two weeks. Campsite is spotless and quite spacious. Although we stayed in caravan with a shower I did use the facilities on the last day, and they are very clean with nice hot running water!
There are four pools but we only went to the main one. Pool area is clean and could always get a sun lounger!!The bar by the pool is quite expensive (about £2.20 for a bottle of sprite) so we just took our own up with us! Every morning @ the main pool there is water aerobics which is great fun, then followed by kids time.
The night time entertainment whilst we where there was just ok, but the football was on so most nights they just put the big screen up. When the football had finished there was some entertainment in the form of outside dancers. If you have small children the entertainment is great and the staff try really hard. Although we did speak to a few couples who where with teenagers and they said there wasn't much for them to do!
There are two restraunts on site and serve decent food with reasonable prices! However just a short walk away is Pescheria town and you can find some lovely little restraunts, but BE CAREFUL, as in one restraunt our meal came to about 20 euros, but our drinks(4 sprites came to 19euros) so it was almost cheaper to eat than drink!
I would highly recommend you hire a bike from the campsite, very reasonable rates and ideal for getting out and about (1 weeks hire 50 euros). The trains are also very reliable and cheap. We went to verona for the day and for the 3 of us it was about 15 euros rtn (however always make sure you stamp your ticket in the yellow machine).
I guess my only moan would be there wasn't many english on the campsite, plenty of german and dutch, so not very easy to mix with people!
But overall we had an amazing stay @ Camping del Garda and Pescheria town is beautiful. the campsite is in the best possible position. Direct access to beach and right next to the harbour, where you will see some amazing yachts. Will definately be staying here again!
Ps. If you want to see other parts of lake garda, the ferry terminal is about a ten min walk, and there you can catch it to all the different towns. If you get the chance go to Sirmoine. It is beautiful and the castle ruins are breathtaking!
