This is a really great campsite, but it is out in the wilderness, and certainly not walking distance to civilization. The campsite lake is warmer than the swimming pool and much preferable to swim in during peak season as the swimming pool and sunbathing area became very crowded.
The evening entertainment is varied and ends around 11 p.m. but beware, that it does not advertise in any brochures that there is a teen disco running from midnight until 2 a.m.
The disco noise is not a problem as it is located away from the main pitches but the dispersal of drunken teenagers certainly is, there is insufficient security to cope with this in high season.

We stayed at Les Tours for 3 weeks in August and it was generally excellent.
The accommodation was new and spotlessly clean. The site is a good size - not too small, with good amenities, and not too big that it felt bustling.
Our two boys, aged 6 and 14, had plenty to occupy them. The youngest attended the Mini Club a number of times, and it was very relaxed in as much as he could pick and choose which days or activities he wished to join in with. The eldest met plenty of friends of English, Dutch, and German nationality and the atmosphere was very friendly. There were plenty of activities on during the day and evening to suit most children’s ages and the staff were very friendly.
I dropped the coffee machine in the caravan, which of course broke. I reported the breakage and offered to pay for a replacement, but they refused my offer and provided a new replacement machine within 24 hours - very pleasing.
The lake is quite large with canoeing, windsurfing, and pedalos on offer. The water is very warm, as warm as the heated pool, and my eldest swam across the lake several times with his friends.
The site is quite remote, which can be a plus or a minus depending on your viewpoint, but the small shop was well stocked with fresh and packaged food at very reasonable prices, and a local top-quality butcher visits twice a week.
The bar, restaurant, and take-away were pretty good too. My wife Jo recommends the Pina Coladas, my eldest son recommends the Monaco's (whatever they are!), and the youngest recommends anything you can eat, especially the chips with mayo.
I would recommend this site if you want a peaceful, relaxed holiday with activities and entertainment on hand if and when you wish to partake.
