From the picture in the brochure, the hotel looks amazing; however in reality the hotel is not quite as good. I'm not sure where or when the main photograph of the resort was taken but it makes the hotel look like it is the only one in Lake Tahoe, which is not the case.
Our room was average, all amenities present but no pizzazz. Lake Tahoe is beautiful and we were expecting more from this hotel.
