The resort is first class and so were the apartments, it was a shame the sister apartments were closed when we were there for refurbishment.
This problem meant climbing 79 steps to our apartment which would have been a bind for some people, with the sister apartment open, it just a lift down.
Never mind, look forward to the next time.

WOW what a holiday! All I can say is brilliant. That good on our first couple of hours being back we've booked to return this Sept.
We stayed at the Sunsuiets Royal apartments very big well equipped for self catering balcony huge. Reps A1 especially Stuart and Dan who are so friendly and excellent in what they do them both made our holiday.
Must agree with the comments on the restaurant touts, however the restaurants were very good. Also there are a lot of touts also your rep trying to get you to go to Amfy don’t bother it's just another time share!
The market at Mogan on a Fri is a must you don’t get hassled there and there1s some bargains to be had just haggle.
1st class holiday, 1st class apartments, 1st class reps we will be back 3rd Sept07.

Arrived back on Sunday from Terraza Mar- fantastic holiday.
Our kids loved it - water parc 2 mins down the hill and beach 5 mins the other way.
The apartments are as huge as everyone says and really clean. We done our hols on the cheap only paid 840 for 1 week SC.
PR is very cheap to eat out, we went to the supermarket at the top of the commercial centre and got stuff in for breakfast and then ate out at night - San Miguel was really nice - never seen a T-bone so big!
The other place we really liked was down by the beach - harbour lights - great pub style food and run by brits as far as I could make out.
Watch out for the Anfi beach hard sell - we got caught out and spend 4 hours listening to the whole bye this, it’s an investment for life story!! (We did get some free passes to the water parc for our trouble!)
Personally, I think it would be easier to just pay into the water parc - 14 Euros kids 21 adults - seems expensive but we spent a whole day there and had a ball!! Food cheap in there too.
We are booking to go back next year... Only complaint is that due to change in season the entertainment at the hotel was limited - think it was on 3 nights out of 7.
Goodtime Charlie was fantastic!! Reps told us that this week (May 7th) the season kicks off again so we'll go back around then.
You will be sure to have a great time as Gran Canaria really is a great place.

Just got back from a lovely holiday in Puerto Rico on Gran Canaria.
Very pleased with the Terraza Mar Sunsuites apartments. They were clean, well equipped, and had a fantastic balcony with table, four chairs and two sun loungers.
It is situated on the side of a mountain with great views of Puerto Rico.
Although it sounds a long walk to beach and Europa centre where all the restaurants are, there is an easy way down by three lifts.
Walk across the road to the Terraza mar suites which is the first phase and take the lift down to the ground floor, and walk through there gate which was always open saving you a long walk.
Ate out every night didn't have a bad meal although some were better quality than others; we ate twice at the Miami which we thought was lovely steaks, pizza, lasagne, fish etc.
The weather was between 25 and 30 degrees each day and we came back with a fantastic tan. There are two 18 whole mini golf courses which my son enjoyed playing after eating our evening meal.
We visited Puerto de Morgan by taxi about 15 Euros to go on the submarine, very enjoyable day lovely place to visit very pretty with tiny streets and harbour.
Amadores beach just round the corner is a fantastic beach with a Caribbean looking turquoise sea beautiful... just 3 Euros in a taxi.
Great holiday would definitely go back.

This was the best family holiday we ever had. The staff were all first class, and the entertainment team were brilliant.
The pool bar was really nice serving from breakfast to late evening. Outside of the hotel the resort was fantastic, the meals were very nice and all at reasonable prices.
And get this; there was many a bar where you can get a pint of beer for one euro. Beat that.
The boat trips are really good, as is a visit to Mogan market on a Friday morning.
All the children got on famously. I have never known so many children [teenagers] to get on so well.
Hope to see you all again in July.

Nice and Clean daily maid service. Not much going on but within walking distance of the centre. Very spacious balcony with table chairs and 2 loungers. Small shop in reception.
Good sized pool with plenty of loungers. Far enough from the centre to not be disturbed by the night life.

Well what can I say, absolutely fantastic holiday! I will definitely be returning.
Well apartments were spotless and so was the pool area, can't fault it.
Restaurants and clubs are fantastic, if you're looking for a great place to go to have a good night, I would recommend Harleys dancing top floor 2nd phase.
Best restaurant has to be the steak house. Can't remember the name but if you look up from McDonalds its on the top floor, as you come to the first flight of stairs and the manager looks like Ronaldo the bald one (hehe)
Overall great holiday and great place to stay. Round of applause as well for the hotel staff!

Spent a week at Terraza Mar sunsuites Feb. half term week.
Had a good holiday here, apartments were spacious and clean as was the balcony.
Staff were friendly; beds and sofa were uncomfortable though.
We visited both pools which were both clean and not too cold, bar staff were really nice in suites opposite by the pool.
Puerto Rico was nice but like most people mention you get fed up of people trying to get you into their restaurants we just said we'd already eaten.
We had some really good meals at the Royal Oak, Chaplin’s (very good, a little more expensive but well worth it), and the steak house. Food and drink was very cheap and breakfast at most places is great value.
Finally the weather was brilliant 25 - 30 degrees all week and Las Palmas airport was very nice with some good facilities and shops.
I’m sure if you’re going to the Terraza Mar apartments you won't be disappointed, have a great time!

The complex is fantastic and has everything you want/expect and more for a 3 star complex. Great pool area and rooms are spacious and spotless with massive balconies.
Puerto Rico is a very hilly resort but again has most things you could want for - even its own water park 5 mins walk from the complex!
Please avoid the Indian Restaurant next to Churchill's at all costs - £8 for Vodka and £6 for a bottle of Magners!
The Indian called Happy Valley is much better value!
Churchill's do great breakfasts and the Irish bar two doors up does a wonderful Sunday roast!
Tropicana is the best bar if you have young families and have reasonable prices all day every day (beware of the space hopper though ha ha ).
A good way to visit the market in Morgan, is by glass bottom boat from the harbour get there early though as its very popular.
If you dont mind hills, then you will have a fab time here!

Well this holiday was fantastic, I can't fault anything. The apartments were brilliant and the reps were fantastic. I would definitely recommend it.
My only fault about the holiday was the water park near by. I went there and ended up falling over at the top of the slide because they told me to stand up to take my t-shirt off. I had 4 stitches.
Don't let this put you of going to the Terrazamar Sunsuites 10/10!

Oh my god Puerto Rico was deadly! I’m 17 so for all you people looking at this it is definitely a place to bring your teenagers. The Terreza Mar had to be the best. If you wanted, you didn’t have to leave the apartments at all
The balcony was huge and I mean it was huge, it was bigger then the apartment itself and that was big!
The swimming pool area was excellent there is a big luxurious bar that you can rest in all day while watching the kids at the pool. There are also a lot of sun beds. Not like some places that you have to wake up at 5 in the morning just to book a sun bed!
One disappointment of the whole holiday was the amount of steps (pheww!) but unfortunately this is all over Puerto Rico! There are a various range of restaurants pubs and nightclubs for all ages.
It was by far one of the best holidays I’ve had (and that’s saying something because I went with my parents!) I loved it and can’t wait to go back next year!

Excellent holiday hotel AAAA*. Good for the kids, huge balcony. Cleaners came round every day, made the beds, changed the towels and washed the pots even washed the babies bottles.
Couldn’t ask for a better holiday going back October. If you like water parks don’t bother with the Atlantica water park, what a load of crap and a rip off.
If you like eating out the food is excellent plenty of places to eat.
