Dated, tired, poorly maintained park. No kids entertainment until after 10pm. Pools cold with rough concrete base, as are flumes. Water depth difficult for young children. We were told no air conditioned units available after our son had to go to hospital with high temp... more

We have been coming to this site for over 15 years,we always travel to the Cote d 'azur for summer although we travel around the globe for our other holidays. When the children were 2,5 right through until they went off to uni it was always fab. We always went with the most... more

We went to La baume in 2007 and 2009, Its great for the kids and a nice laid back break for us, our daughter has made some fantastic friends there from many parts of Europe, my only gripe is the concrete around the pools can be hard going. however we're going back again this year!

The campsite is great-has everything you need...and more. Although make sure you get the right management company. The campsite couldnt be beat-great for all the family. My family have been going for quite a few years now and the only problem was that we used to have was,... more

We stayed for 10 nights in August. I would definitely recommend the campsite. Excellent facilities and the pools are great for the children. I really wouldn't recommend going with Keycamp though. The Supernova van that we were put into was awful! Absolutely nothing like the... more

This was my first Eurocamp (or similar) experience and I really quite enjoyed it. It was all how I expected it to be really - it didn't exceed any expectations and all felt as if everything could be improved 'just slightly' but overall it provided a good, fun family... more

We are a family of four, who drove to the site with our two girls, aged 8 and almost 7. The whole point of this holiday was to have an "adventure" getting there (nearly 1200 miles!) We haven't done anything like this before and have previously visited First Choice's rather... more

This year was our 6th at this camp the place is first class and I would recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately on this occasion the unit we hired was not very clean when we arrived, so this was very disappointing after the other years, the mobiles are not cheap to hire at... more

The pitch and the mobile provided to us were dirty, outside- loose bricks, rubbish, dirty loungers set on clay, inside- needed cleaning, chewing gum stuck to the head of the bed board, floors not swept. I mentioned my concern to the girl who brought us to the mobile, she... more

Excellent site with many facilities. Great pools, with lifeguards. Toilets and showers very good (no soap in toilets though) and cleaned regularly. Staff very informed and helpful. Downsides: busy motorway nearby that becomes more obvious at night, especially at northern... more

pure relaxation & chill out
La baume holiday park. Concession areas on park. Keycamp,Eurorocamp,Siblu, as well as parks own managed areas for caravans&camping. In July&August it must be exhausting [ie.40degrees C, was quoted this year.] However in off season months its a pure gem. caravans are situated under pine tree cover and if under any of the concession operators will have outside table.chairs.parasol. The swimming pool complex is the best you can expect and well managed and maintained, of course its free. There is a store, and a bar club for evenings with entertainment. To get there by no-frills airline and public transport is easy.[Look up Forum for Frejus]. would we go again? Yes.
