Grammatikakis Beach Hotel

Well first of all the accommodation was stated to be 3 stars by the tour operator when it was not even close!
Two people sharing a room where the towels and sheets were only changed once throughout the whole week. That’s disgusting!!! Also having a hot shower was a bit of a lottery where you never know when you are going to get hot water. To make matters worse, you needed to turn the cold-water knob to get the hot water!
There was also something growing inside the frame of the bathroom. The place was absolutely filthy. The breakfast consisted of stale bread and diluted orange juice. If I would have known the hotel was a 1*, I would never of purchased this holiday.
Beware of the rental places on the resort as they can be quite sly. Make sure you get them to quote you the full price with fully comprehensive insurance before handing over any money. On the plus side, the staff, location and bars were all great. I wouldn’t mind coming back to the resort but I can definitely say I wouldn’t be staying in the same accommodation.
