Evabelle Napa Hotel Apartments

We stayed at eva belle hotel one week this summer. It was not clean, we did not get new towels. The service persons very not helpful, neither friendly. The air condition had either too low degrees or too high so we all became ill. It was a party hotel that never slept so it was loud music all night, and people screaming and knocking on our door. The pool was the worst, we could not see the bottom, so we had to go to the beach every day. And also the bartender was not well behaved.

Me and my boys (7 of us in total) just came back from Napa and we stayed at the evabelle for a week with no issues at all. We found 3 cockroaches in one of the rooms which we dealt with ourselves and as long as your personal hygiene is to a good standard you will not have any trouble with the ants because they are only attracted to leftover food and drink. All the staff there was helpful and good to talk to whenever you wanted. The atmosphere was buzzin all of the time with the music only being off for 4 hours in the night. Chemicals were added to the pool daily, the food is good quality. As long as you are sensible and lock away all of your belongings every time you leave your room unattended you will not have any problems. We would all reccommend this hotel to anyone wanting to go to napa in 2011 or in the future. The location is perfect for the strip, the beach and local restaraunts. NAPAAAAAAAAAAA '11

This hotel has some good points & then some outrageously bad points!! My friends and I (all 18 years old) stayed here for a week in July 2011. It was basic which was fine for us. We didn't bother paying for aircon but the room was extremely hot and we heard from other guests that the aircon didn't work anyway. The pool is relatively small but the atmosphere is fantastic. Very loud music constantly round the pool (until the early hours e.g. 6am daily so be warned!) with a bar open from 8am until 6am as well. Bar staff lovely here and always up for giving you free shots! Literally a couple of minutes walk from the strip which was brilliant but when the reps tell you it is a 15-20 minute walk from the beautiful beach of Nissi this is not true. At least 45 minutes!! No problems with any bugs & our room was cleaned probably every other day.
However, these are the good points. On our second from last night, from between 9pm and 4am our hotel room & the one next door was robbed. They were broken into and all our phones stolen, money & camera. This was bad enough but it was when we went and reported this to reception that the problems arose. The male overnight receptionist was the rudest and most unhelpful person on this earth and to be honest I would not be surprised if he was involved in the robbery. He told us there was "no problem" with the break in and it followed that he did nothing to help and was rude, shouted and also did not speak any English as it was. would also not let us change rooms for our safety before half 10 the following morning as the cleaners had not been in! would not call the police until 9am so as not to disturb them during the night!!! and then when the police came they were unhelpful, did not leave a copy of the police report or crime reference number, and we then had to spend €40 getting to the correct police station and get anything from them. we had to write a hotel report of the incident for insurance purposes and even though this would not effect the receptionist in the slightest he would not sign it causing all kinds of further problems.
Because of the staff of this hotel I would not recommend this hotel to anyone BUT the atmosphere and location is fantastic & I would definitely recommend doing the package deals with the reps because they will make your holiday in Napa! Just be very very careful if staying here.

We stayed in the Evabelle in June 2011 wen we arrived we were given free cocktails and shots by the BEST barmen iv ever met!! WE LOVED SPEAROS AND TONY!!! the hotel bar was the best part of the holiday, rooms are basic and not cleaned very often so have enough towels with you!! do not book anything with your rep, through out the week you will get offered much better party boats and beach partys!! We didnt want to leave this place its an amazing holiday..defo be back soon :)

I stayed hear with 5 girls arrived late afternoon. was good cuz was red hot to still go around the pool. reps told us we could sneak people in at the side door, but if you came through the front door you would be charged. She said this before anything else so i new what kind of holiday this was gonna be. she talked us into the rep package which i would not recomend cuz you go out at 7 an your bak for 1 bladdered when everyone else is just goin out. you miss out on everything. rooms were ok but my friend had belongings go missing like jewlrey and makeup. we no the cleaners took it but could not proove it. you could also clime over next doors fence to go into there pool at night and skinny dip no one said NO unike the pool we had. then to top the holiday off we all got swine flu. GUTTED!!! so i hated ayia napa it was expencive and just not woth the money!!! i wasted a £1000

Me and 3 of my girlfriends stayed in eva belllllllla in july 2010 and after reading reviews i was quite scared and was not looking forward to my stay. but i can honestly say it was the best 2 weeks of my life. It wasnt a place i would reccomend for familys as its mostly full of young people but it was great. The bar staff made my holiday with the bar staying open until 6am and then re-opening at 8am. we met alot of people from other hotels which caused us to travel round to different hotels and they just didnt have the same enthusiasm and excitement as evabelle!
the food is very nice and the prices really cheap!
it seemed like evry hour was happy hoyur so cocktails were also a very good price.
i absolutelly LOVED my stay in evabelle and will be returning this summer without fail!
EVA EVA EVA FREAKING BELLLLLAAAAA

Myself & a friend stayed here last august for 1 week, we wernt sure on what to expect after reading the reviews beforehand. We arrived at the hotel early hours in the morning and got showed our room, we walked in and couldnt breath it was a nightmare NO AIRCON !!! we had to pay 50euros for the week which we didnt mind.... but it didnt even work! useless. The pool was tiny and really shallow after sunbathen all you wanted was a cold pool but oh no it was RED HOT like been in a bath. After a few days we started to notice things going missing in our room, clothes shoes bikinnis and jewelry we told the receptions but she wasnt bothered pretending she couldnt understand.. other people got euros pinched but it must of been he maids as there was no sign of break in anywhere was weird! DO NOT STAY HERE. Very close to everything you need the bars and clubs!! beach is quite a walk away.

I stayed in this hotel with 4 friends last summer. I was a bit nervous after reading some reviews.
When we arrived at the hotel at about 11:15pm, our rooms were in complete darkness. After waiting about in reception for quite a while, we were told we were to be moved to a sister hotel for the night but must leave that hotel at 8am to return back. Obviously this was not ideal but the hotel paid for a taxi for us to the other hotel (which was actually round the corner).
Arriving back at the hotel the following day, we were greeted by bad news - the room situation had not been resolved. We were offered free breakfast and 2 days free air-con in our rooms.
After our breakfast, served by extremely unfriendly staff, we wanted to relax by the pool. However, the sunbeds were disgusting and filthy. We ended up going to the pool of a different hotel for the remainder of our stay.
On our second day there, we asked the lady at reception if it would be possible to have just one of the rooms for a late check out on our day of departure as our transfer was not picking us up until 9pm. She told us to go back to her the day before we were leaving to see if this would be possible. We would have been willing to pay for this.
During our week, we had 3 cockroaches in our room, accompanied by hundreds of ants. After complaining to reception, the maid left us "ant spray" for us to kill the ants with. They were all over the bathroom - on the floor, on the toilet, in the bath, on the door - VILE!
In the other room, my friends encountered zero cockroaches but THOUSANDS of ants. The ants were this time in their bedroom, crawling all over the bed sheets and in their clothes - DISGUSTING!
Mid-week into our holiday, my friend injured her foot. I personally went to the reception to ask about a local doctors or hospital. I was told that we would have to pay for an ambulance to come out. The lady on reception was no help whatsoever and could hardly speak English. Considering the majority of the guests were young English toursts, I would expect her to be able to speak a bit more than she did.
The day before we were leaving, we returned to reception to ask if we could have one of the rooms later. It was the same lady that we asked at the start of the week. She was very rude and told us there was no way we could have any rooms because they were fully booked. Surely she would have known when we first asked that they were fully booked. Her attitude was terrible and she couldn't have been less help if she tried.
On the day we were leaving, we had to be out of the room by 12pm. At 11:30am the maid stormed in to our room demanding that we left, even ringing reception to complain about us. This was extremely rude!
So, we were left to spend up to 9 hours sitting in the reception which had little or no air-con. Because it was so warm (and we were so desperate), we were going to get a sunbed from the pool (cover it in our own towels to cover all the disgusting stains and holes in it). My friend moved one of the sunbeds into the shade to lie on, to be approached by a staff member from the bar. He screamed and shouted at her in quite an aggressive manner, insisting that she puts the sunbed back immediately. This was very dramatic and frankly, unnecessary.
The only good point about staying in this hotel was the location which was fab. It was only a 5 minute walk to the main bars and clubs, walking distance to some lovely restaurants and directly opposite a supermarket.
To be honest, I do not know how I coped staying in this hotel. It should be rated as 1* accommodation.
I would advise people to stay as far away as possible from this hotel!

Me and three friends stayed for 2 weeks at the end of July and had the best two weeks ever.. we definately wan't to return in 2011!

Hi All my name is Andy thanks to the Evabelle staff my family and i had a fantastic stay,
don't expect to much its not a palace but very well run, my first impression was a bit run down, however after a couple of days i was relaxing and enjoy my holiday.
some of the reviews were a bit harsh but each to there own, yes there is ants but so do we at home when it gets hot just tell the staff and they will deal with it, the bar staff make a differance chris and sperous (spelt wrong i expect)were great it is a young peeps place and the music is load i am 47 years old and enjoyed it but if your late 50's or in your 60's i would give this hotel a miss the bar is open till last man or women drops!!!
