Lenox Montparnasse Hotel

This was the first visit to Paris for my wife and I. We thought this hotel was an excellent value -- clean room with a nice bathroom and full windows that opened to a courtyard. We thought the staff was very helpful. The hotel's location, we thought, was excellent. We were within 100 meters of two metro lines and on a street that had a grocery, cheese & wine shop, patisserie, fish and meat shops. The Hotel was very clean. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and larger than expected. The area is well situated for the local transport and great eating places in the immediate area. Great stay thanks to all.

My wife and I were in Paris for 3 nights this past April and we stayed at Lenox Montparnasse. The hotel is in great location and close to two metro stops. The staff was friendly and pointed out places that we should see. There are also many restaurants nearby. We had a great stay there, and will definitely visit Paris again.

Booked to stay in this hotel for 3 nights after reading the positive reviews on Trip Advisor and was not disappointed. Great location, very close to the metro and lots of cafes and bars. Very nice staff who speak good English and the hotel itself is lovely and very clean. Would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff are helpful and friendly, and overall our stays both this year and last were fantastic. If and when we are back in Paris we will definitely stay here.

I would highly recommend this hotel. After the cancelled flights and the 9 hour bus journey over, we couldnt have been greeted by more friendly staff. Our room was upgraded on arrival as they had some bigger rooms spare. The rooms were a good size with very comfy beds and excellent bathrooms. I stayed in the Hotel Lenox Montparnasse from August 5 to August 9 and it was the best hotel I have stayed in in Paris. The rooms were larger than you would expect from a smaller hotel in Paris, and the staff was nothing less than fantastic. They were extremely helpful with directions, making reservations and carrying luggage to the rooms (the hotel has an elevator, but it was being repaired during my stay). I stayed at the Lenox a total of nine nights. I wanted to live in the Montparanasse quarter because it seemed a wondeful combination of tourism and everyday life. Also the romantic history of the quarter attracted me (Gauguin lived in a hotel just down the street, for example). I also remembered eating at a great Breton crepe restaurant on rue Montparnasse which crosses Boulevard Montparnasse about four blocks from the hotel. After the suffocating heat of Paris in a heatwave, the powerful airconditioning at the Lennox was very welcome. This is an excellent little hotel; clean, well furnished bedroom and a modern bathroom, free internet at a PC in the lobby and very friendly staff. The Lennox is perfectly located with dozens of bars and casual restaurants, a metro, and many attractions within walking distance. My room was well insulated from street noise but not from noise within the hotel, so bring earplugs. Bar prices were very high.

From Charles de Gaulle Airport we took the RER B to Denfert Rouchereau and switched over to Metro 4 – Vavin stop ($8.20 Euros p/p).
