Highly Recommended!
My fiance and I were very concerned about our hotel in Paris given the language barriers, as niether of us are fluent speakers by any stretch of the imagination... but the moment we walked in and my fiance said "bonjour", the fellow at the desk could tell my his accent we were English speakers and immediately answered with "hello"... it was quite a relief to save ourselves from the embarassment of asking them to speak English, and made us feel welcome. Needless to say check-in was a breeze, within minutes we were in our room and settling in!... more
hank
The room was too small, the service was rude and breakfast cost too expensive "euro 40" per person
Management response from cristianomorelli

REF: Paris: Hotel Lotti Paris: "hank" Mar 1, 2006: A TripAdvisor Member, New York I stayed at this hotel in: June, 2004 The room was too small, the service was rude and breakfast cost too expensive "euro 40" per person Management Response: Dear Readers, I am very sorry to heard of such poor impressions on our property. By the way, the buffet breakfast cost is 25 Euro per person, so if the guest paid 40 Euro, someone made a mistake. An investigation is taking place, at present, to determine the cause of such error. The Management, my team and myself we taking such comments very seriously and as a opportunity to look for further improvement. I trust that future client feedback will confirm our efforts. Thank you for your kind attention and best regards. Cristiano Morelli Sales & Marketing Director morelli@hotel-lotti-paris.com

Paris With an Italian Flair
We stayed at the Jolly Hotel Lotti Paris for three nights (Rm. 158) February 10th -12th, 2006. My wife and I loved everything about the hotel. Our room was in the new section overlooking a quiet courtyard and was large and spacious. The room had loads of extra amenities like bathrobes, slippers, complimentary coffee, great toiletries, heated towel racks, a pants presser, two sinks, and separate shower and bathtub. The bed was quite comfortable and we slept very well each night. The staff was welcoming and gracious. The concierge was helpful... more
fantastic jolly lotti
Took my wife to paris for a valentines gift and stayed at the jolly lotti we arrived early and our room was not ready so we were given a free room upgrade the hotel was pure luxury and the staff were very friendly and helpfull. Got to be the no 1
Nice room, nice location
I was a bit nervous about booking this hotel (had a good deal on expedia)as I'd read mixed reviews and was a bit concerned about the quality of the room we might get. Fortunately, my fears were unfounded and we had a very nice, clean, large room. My only complaint was about the attitude of some of the staff on reception. We wanted to watch a 'pay as you view' film on TV one evening but we couldn't get it to work. I had to call reception three times before they sent someone up and it seemed too much trouble for them. When they came to... more
Excellent room, excellent location
Having read some of the more recent reviews, I very nearly cancelled our booking and went somewhere else. I am so pleased I didn't. The hotel is superbly situated. All the main sights are within walking distance. But most of all our room (126) was just like the ones on the hotel website. Classily decorated, spacious and very well equipped. Admittedly we did book a deluxe room, but it is worth the additional money.
Good hotel in strategic location
The hotel is located close to Place de la Concorde. They speak English and Italian. The room was spacious (the superior and suite). The Restaurant is lovely if you have a table in the main entrance, there is an Italian chef, but the Menu' isn't at the top. You can find good tarifs for the weekend (with one meal included). The breakfast is various.
Not as Jolly as the name suggests
Oh dear. We got a great rate for this hotel, but would have been furious if we'd had to pay rack rate. The whole Hotel basically needs a facelift. The bedrooms are quite spacious but the furnishings, decor etc are cheap and need replacing. For it being an historic building frequented by the Duke of Westminster, the hallways have faux tiling that looks more like bathroom tile on a roll from a DIY store. The lobby and bar areas were quite nice but a foul odour constantly pervaded the public areas. The staff were not rude, more... more
Nice location but
I've stayed for four days with my wife and the first room was terrible (6 th floor, very small, no room for the clothes, and the whole room needed to be painted and the bed was to small. We ask for a change and they told me that the hotel was full, so the room avaliable was the junior suite with an extra payment. The extra was acceptable and the room was very nice, with a problem, we hear every noise from the street. The hotel is very well located but needs urgent upgrade. The personel was nice and polite. Beautiful lobby
Terrible
I've just stayed at the Jolly Lotti hotel to celebrate getting engaged.... don't do it - despite its location! Do not be fooled by the lobby. The room we stayed in was shabby and dingy and no better than a cheap budget hotel - despite paying for a deluxe room. I'm not usually fussy but don't ruin your holiday by staying here. Awful.
