love it here friendly excellent holiday location, great for a peaceful nites sleep but only a bus ride away from the hustle and bustle of ayia napa. holiday age 40+ will defo go again many thanks to all the staff at Louitsiana xx see you in october 2011

Didn't know what to expect and when we turned up, after dropping off at flash Hotels from Larnaca, was a bit disappointed at outside, but how wrong we were.
Clean, Good Value for Money, Good Food, Great Staff especially George & Anecka.
Close enough to Beach, Ayia Napa, Water Park. Buses regular and cheap.
I want to go back again!

ayia napa is great love the place will go back again but no way would i stay in the loutsiana apts the building is good staff is great but everything inside need improvement.for god sake, get a cooker with a hoven,get a microwave hoven, get some new pots and pans, de-frost the little dirty freezer, get some new towells and beddings.we arrived very late the shops were close and we couldnt even make a cup a tea. a welcome pack with coffee/tea and matchches/lighter to light the little gas cooker would be appreciated.bartender mindos is great he is a very good entertainer

i've just come back from a week long stay here i absolutely loved it went with my mam an dad and my 17 yr old daughter i'm 36 so ideal for all ages especially family and couple's. its a five min drive from ayia napa town centre 9 euro taxi or 1.50 euro bus even though 3 mile out we did not mind, as it worth it, the food is gorgeous especially the stifado dish. the staff are very friendly and entertaining, the room we stayed in studio was always clean and very good value for money. we loved it so much i going back next year with my daughter and mates 10 out 10 i'd recommend it to anyone!!

Having never visited Cyprus before we were unsure of what to expect. We managed to get a fantastic deal when we booked the holiday, unfortunately any money we saved on that was very quickly used up. This was due to the changeover to the Euro, it has made everything very expensive.
However, the hotel was really nice, although it was at the very end of the resort so you had to take buses or taxis whenever you went out. The rooms were clean and the staff very helpful.
The only complaints I would have are that the kitchen facilities were basic to say the least and we had to pay for the air conditioning. The write up of the hotel stated that it was included but it wasn't. This was also very expensive and, because of the humidity at night, absolutely essential.

the loutisana has for the last five years fulfilled our our expectatioms the owner pannicos is a sound guy his wife crystella runs the place like a millitary operation, its ultra clean. The bar which jack owns and runs, serves the best mixed grill in the whole of cypruc. The apartments are a short walk from two great beaches, landa, dome , there are many more beautiful beaches nearby but the latter two i love best.
Ther are close by eateries the garden of eden excells. And finally my favoritie bar run by a man that has become a good pal, panikkos and his bar paradise alley. All the above pulls my wife and i back to cyprus year after year. Go and enjoy.

Fantastic self catering apartments, with great facilities, excellent staff, and good location!
The apartments have everything you need for self catering, are kept very clean, and the gardens are lovely. They are a family owned business, and facilities include a good shop, pub on site! restaurant/bar/pool room, 2 pools, BBQ night etc.
There are two sites- a main one near the reception with a massive pool, and one 5 mins away with its own smaller pool (near the pub!). There are even a few villas with personal pools if you're feeling flusher!
It's a family friendly place, although there's usually not too many kids around if you want to relax. It's great value for money, partly because it is set on the outskirts of town. There is a bus into town and cabs cost approx 5 Cypriot pounds.
The bonus of the location is that it is 10 mins walk from Water World, it's much much quieter than town, and you are the first to be dropped off from the airport and last picked up so you can make the most of your time!
Very recommended resort and apartments!
