This is a clean, well run hotel, located in a reasonably quiet area in the centre of Lloret, but some distance from the noisier night club areas.
The roads around the hotel are very narrow which means that there is very little traffic and our taxi had to drop us about 50 metres from the main entrance.
Our room was a decent size and located in the annexe across the road which was OK. Due to the narrow streets only the rooms at the front have much of a view.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was looked after well.
There is a small sun terrace and swimming pool which was adequate while we were there, but I did wonder how it would be during school holidays.
We thought the buffet service restaurant was good, some days better than others, but always plenty of choice and always a great selection of salads.
The staff worked hard to ensure that larger parties were seated together.
I am not sure about this hotel for children, there is not much for them in the hotel and it is 400 metres walk to the beach, but we enjoyed our stay there and we thought it was very good value.

I have stayed at the Bertran twice, by far the best hotel in Lloret. The room was spotless, the hotel staff are really friendly and the food was stunning.
The location of the hotel was great as it is not actually in the main street so there was no bumping music in the night, but it is near enough for those who wished to walk to the discos, and just a stones throw away from the weekly market.
The only fault that I can think of is that there was not enough entertainment in the hotel itself, but plenty around if you want it.
