Very small site, but nice and quiet, no rowdy teenagers. Tent was clean and tidy and in a nice quiet position and we were the only tent in this section. Kids loved the pool and the fact they could go off and play on their own. Ideal for what we wanted, just somewhere to sleep in between visiting Disneyland. Great market and supermarkets at Coloumiers (supermarkets sells cooked pizza slices, saves buying from the caravan, but chips were alright) and ideally situated for visiting Disneyland. Also handy for visiting Valle de Europe and catching the train to Paris.
Wouldn't go in a tent again as it was hard work, but would go back if we go to Disneyland again, but have a caravan.

Caravan park was very basic and also very quiet when we arrived, It was the end of the season being in October. The welcome form the on-site representative was excellent, and the caravan was very clean and tidy, well prepared and with a free bottle of plonk! Very welcome after a long drive.
The facilities in the park were mainly closed, but it did contain a swimming pool, crazy golf, football, play area and ping pong.
The clubhouse was very dated, but the owners were very cheerful and friendly. The food and rink onsite was dear, but the local town was a 10 minute drive and had supermarkets, shops and eateries.
Overall the holiday was great value for money, accommodation clean and tidy, campsite a little outdated and old fashioned, but it was end of season!

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday from this camp-site! We booked through Camping Life/French Life and the accommodation was spotless. Having read the previous reviews I was apprehensive to say the least but was pleasantly surprised!
The mobile we had was fully laminated (so, no urine smells) and very well maintained. It is a very simple site - if you want an entertainment filled, boozy, arcade based holiday with a full programme of events for your children this is NOT the place for you. Our two children mixed with children of all nationalities and it was lovely! There are no televisions or radio in the accommodation and it was great to see children actually 'playing' as opposed to being stuck in front of a big screen or watching a tiger on a stage - Our rep provided board games and tennis racquets etc. for them to loan at any time.
The family that runs the camp-site are so helpful and pleasant - and it is an ideal base for Disney - a 20 minute drive away that's all! There is also a local market in Coulommiers which is nice (especially if you are partial to a little brie!) It is a real 'get away from it all' site - with a really chilled out and relaxed atmosphere - there was absolutely no rough element or rowdiness here at all - we will be going back!
I think teenagers, however, would struggle here for something to do!

Having just seen another review of...

May 2007, Mr A Clarke

Having just seen another review of this site it prompted me to add my views, even though it was last year that we went. We booked through Siblu.
To save beating around the bush, we felt this site was awful.
It was run down and the facilities were poor. A walk around the far end of the site reveals moss covered and filthy caravans that people seem to have abandoned there.
The play area is not that safe by today's standards i.e. there is no bark or soft rubber flooring, so technically you could come flying down the slide trip on the bump at the bottom and then go face first into the concrete edging stone.
Not blame culture just pointing it out.
The table tennis room is obviously an unpainted disused concrete cow shed, and not clean.
The 'shop' consists of a trolley at the side of the bar displaying 1 toilet roll and a 'few other bits'.
Whatever you do, if you go there, do not eat from the hot food trailer!! We had seen this dirty & rusty old trailer parked in the grounds - by night it unfolds and has flashing lights and chickens roasting on a spit.
If I had to say anything nice it would be that the pond area is very attractive and has fish bobbing up and down and the grass looked pleasant (yeah, that's the best thing I can think of).
It's a real shame as this has the potential to be a very good site but for the reasons above and the poor service from Siblu (handles coming off doors, reps hard to get hold of, electrical faults & having to pay a "keep your caravan clean or else" deposit) we won't be going back.

Very disappointing accommodation that was extremely smelly on arrival - like old urine. Window seal missing from one room also.
Was told 3 times by booking department that duvets would be provided so took only duvet covers and pillow cases. This was not the case. Site provided old shabby looking blankets - one per person. Nights were very cold so asked for extra blankets. Was given extra but all were extremely musty smelling and totally unusable.
No remorse from Siblu who have given a £50 voucher off next holiday. Like I would go back!
