Fantastic holiday park - we have been back and back ... and back from lizziegbeth
My eldest grandson is now 8 and we have been going as a family (myself, 2 daughters and grandson) every year since he was 3. We all love it so much. The park is clean and tidy with brilliant facilities. The pool is amazing and suitable for all ages as there is a toddler pool then a children's section and finally a giant adult pool - all very well staffed with lifeguards. The evening entertainment is excellent with a children's show then one for the adults but most of the children stay up to watch that one also! Dylan really loves the children's clubs - so does his Mum as she gets 4 hours a day to lie in the sun whilst he has the time of his life! Eveyone there is so friendly both staff and other local people. You can buy very cheap but excellent wine a couple of minutes walk away and the fruit and vegetables locally are excellent. The beach is a 10 minute slow stroll away at child's pace and is white sands with good paddling or swimming. THis park is excellent value - if you go for 2 weeks outside main school holidays Siblu give you an extra week free. Last year we took Dylan's cousin for his first holiday and he had a fantastic time also - We are booked to go again this year and will no doubt be returning for many years to come. Thank you, Siblu for fantastic holidays and a wonderful attitude to customer service.
Excellent family time from MumoftwoNorthants
We thought we would write a short review of our stay at La Carabasse. We had been on a siblu holiday earlier in the year at their Le Bois Dormant parc in the Vendee. This trip we decided to go further south to Languedoc to explore this lovely region and give the kids another holiday with Max the Mouse! La Carabasse is clean, well structured, great facilities and has good accommodation, even though some of the gardens that you get with your mobile home lack a bit of grass, but that is because of the hotter climate, i guess. We stayed in a 2 bedroom excellence, which was plenty for the 4 of us, we didn't choose a terrace, but we will next time. The service was good, as good as we had received at the Vendee site. We went end of season, just before the parc closed and there was still a lot of families staying there, like us with younger children as the term had started at most schools. The facilites like the pool and the restaurant, entertainment, etc were still opened and of course the kids clubs were opened, which was great for my two. Even if you don't stay at La Carabasse, it is worth a visit to this part of france. Places to visit, include Carcassonne, St Guilhem, Sete, Agde and the many vineyards along the way.
