Definitely the worst holiday I've ever had. The accomodation was very poor and very cramped, with the worst mattress that I have ever slept on. It was situated next to the play park area which meant that we were kept awake until 2am each morning by screaming kids in the park. We contacted the reception several times about this and were told that it would be sorted by security in the evening, but nothing was ever done.
The bar was approximately 75 yards away and used to pump out loud music until 1am, which actually kept my kids awake, which ruined any plans we had for the next day as it was impossible to get them out of bed. The annoying thing was that the majority of the time the music was too loud there wasn't actually anyone even listening to it... bizzare. We again complained to the reception, but again it made little difference. Then we had the joys of children playing in the park loudly from about 6.30am every morning.
The facilities on site are poor in my opinion, one small pool that was too small for the amount of people on site, you definitely couldn't swim in it and sometimes you could barely stand in it when it got busy. The swimming pool had a sliding roof and was supposed to be heated... I think they must have been trying to save on their electric bills, because it was nearly always too cold for my kids to stay in. There are a couple of small slides that seemed to be closed on a regular basis, and lifeguards are the most miserable rude baywatch wanabees you're ever likely to have the misfortune to meet. Table tennis bats were older than me or you had the chance to play antiquated arcade games.
Reception area were not that helpful or interested and in general the staff on site were rude and unhelpful. The woman in the shop was quite possibly the rudest person on the planet, closely followed by the restaurant staff.
The only upside of the holiday was the location, absolutely stunning region of France, with fantastic beaches.
If you are thinking of staying at this resort please think again. Siblu will never receive another penny of my money.

This is a beautifully kept site, by far the prettiest and nicest Haven Europe site we have been too so far! We were told the site had had a lot of money spent on it recently and this was evident.
We were lucky enough to be upgraded to an owner's caravan - and this was very luxurious with outdoor decking etc - at no extra cost. It was the last week of the season when we visited and was very quiet however, that did not stop the entertainment continuing and despite our son sometimes being the only child there for the kid's club, they still carried on! The staff were amazing at this site and the facilities were excellent with a good bar and restaurant.
The shop on site was more like a small supermarket and very reasonably priced. We did not get chance to try the pool area as most days it was too cool. You can walk to the nearest beach and there are forest walks nearby too. I would definitely recommend this site to all.

I have to say this was one of the most stress free Holidays I have had in years. We booked accommodation and ferries through Haven (which is now called Siblu for some reason), and the trip could not have been easier. We got a travel pack that had all the directions in it and the drive and crossing was simple.
The site is good quite large and spacious but I would have liked a bigger outdoor pool. The layout is quiet good but our accommodation was quite a way from the entertainment area. The accommodation was a large mobile home and it was very comfortable.
The best feature of this holiday for us was the kids clubs our kids went to most sessions made new friends, made kites and did loads of sports and when they came back they couldn’t stop talking about what they had been doing. Having them out of our hair for 4/5 hours a day meant that we were more relaxed than we’ve been in months.
I can’t say enough good things about the staff who were really nice and friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be going back we spent most of our time on park but we did take the short walk, about 10 minutes to the nearest beach. The beach was clean and peaceful there are lots of beaches nearby so they don’t get too crowded.
Overall this was a great place to go on holiday and I will definitely be going back next year.

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday at La Pignade holiday homes near La Tremblde, France. This is a SIBLU site, and I have to say that it was excellent. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, and spoke excellent English. The mobile homes on the site were well equipped, very clean, and had plenty of knives/plates/cooking utensils etc.
The outdoor swimming pool was clean and well maintained; the two slides there were excellent for little children, but probably not that exciting for teenage kids.
This is an ideal holiday park for couples with young children; our boys of 5 and 3 loved every minute of the holiday, and the journey from La Rochelle Airport was a very easy, stress free drive that took just under an hour.
The area has some very nice little towns, and within 10-20 minutes a number of splendid beaches on the Cote de Sauvage.
The Zoo at La Palmyre is a must - fantastic, and very hands on for the kids !
All in all a very stress free and relaxing holiday !!
