This is our seventh stay at The Livas and have already booked to return later in the year.
The staff and management are absolutely delightful and cannot do enough for you.
Apartments are basic and if you want to completely self cater you may struggle with the limited equipment but they are kept spotlessly clean with clean towels daily and linen change twice a week. Pool area is very good and you are very close to the beach.
Breakfasts and snacks by the pool are very good. There is some building work to the front of the apartments which is almost finished and we didn't find this disruptive at all.
Once a week they have a karaoke evening - now I am definitely not a karaoke lover but the guy who does this is absolutely fantastic and it is well worth going if only once. They provide a buffet and BBQ which is excellent value.
Guests return time and time again to these apartments which says it all.

What a wonderful two weeks we had at the Livas with our three grandchildren,the staff made such a fuss our grandson joseph who was only eleven months at the time.the accommodation was superb wonderful location and fantastic value for money.See you again very soon.May i also say the bbq nights were excellent with a tremendous amount of food

I have just returned from 2 weeks at the Livas with my best mate. We had the most fantastic holiday ever! The apartments were clean and spacious, maid service was excellent and very thorough, all the staff always had a smile and would greet you whenever they saw you.
The pool was very clean and not too busy. The bar area was fun and Andreas always made us laugh. There are plenty of restaurants and bars near by or Protaras is a few minutes in a taxi for a livelier night out.
We will definitely be returning next year.

Best holiday I’ve ever been on was my first holiday with my girlfriend, and the Livas hotel made it very special.
Family run hotel, Andreas, and staff couldn’t do enough for us. Great variety of food, English, Italian, Greek choices. Rooms were basic but spotless! Short walk to the beach, pool was lovely and spacious. Plenty of sunloungers available. Bar stays open as long as you want and there is a weekly bbq which is not to be missed!!
P.S will be going back in the summer for my Liverpool shirt ;)

We have stayed four times at the Livas Apartments and going back again in October for a fifth time. You really cannot fault the apartments.
They are basic but very clean, the staff and management really cannot do enough for you and are very genuine Cypriot people. They are simply not there just to part you from your money. Good supermarket on site if you need anything but lots of very good restaurants nearby. Only a couple of minutes from the beach but the Livas has a very good pool area which is kept very clean. Plenty of sun beds, good bar staff and good snacks.
Maid service is excellent and the rooms are kept clean with frequent change of towels and bedding. Air conditioning is now included in the price of the holiday. We book independently and the Livas will arrange taxis from and to the airport for you. Works out cheaper than going through a tour company and much quicker to get of the plane, jump in your taxi instead of drop offs on coaches.
Only takes about 40 minutes from the airport by taxi. The apartments are suitable for all ages and each time we have been there has always been mixed age groups from young couples, families and retired couples. Would not hesitate in recommending these apartments.

The accommodation is quite basic but is spotlessly clean and there is a regular maid service.
There is limited TV programming, one English film channel, the other two are Greek and Polish. Some parts of the premises look a little dated and need freshening up.
The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful and will do anything for you. There is always a greeting when you arrive or leave the hotel.
The food in the hotel was very good with good portions and the bar service was excellent.
Air-conditioning is charged as an extra even though the apartments are "A" category. We managed without it. There is a well stocked supermarket on the ground floor but if deciding to cook in the apartment there are some basic items missing.
There was a barbeque and karaoke on Saturday night.
All in all a nice clean, friendly budget establishment. It is the only hotel that my wife has ever stayed in where we were kissed and waved on our way when we left.

We have been to the Livas twice before and went this time at short notice because we had enjoyed previous holidays so much. The property is starting to look a little dated and neglected now and could do with a bit of updating.
Also the bar and restaurant team have changed. Paula and Tassos have now moved to the Andreotis Hotel Apartments in Protaras (Sunset Holidays). The new team of Alex and Andreas are still in their first year at the Livas and will, I am sure, get the place going like P & T used to.
Luckily the weather was good and even though the place is getting a bit shabby it is still kept immaculately clean.

The accommodation was basic, but spotlessly clean.
Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Would definitely go again. The pool was great, ideal for children. The food was well presented and a good selection. The bar would stay open for as long as you wanted.
Had bbq and entertainment that was of a high standard.
